Good experience. Quicky processed order and fast shipping. Watch is new, with stickers and tags.

My order took about two weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. IPPO recommended shipping the watch and band separately, so I received the watch first. The band arrived about a week later after being held in customs due to missing paperwork. In total, it took around three weeks to receive everything.

That said, I do want to give IPPO credit they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

Very happy with my purchase of seiko 5 ssk003 and in fact bought another one. Shipping was quick and the team was responding quickly with my questions.

The watch is amazing, just as advertised. From purchased to shipping it was smooth sailing, that being said if you buy something it may take some time from the time of purchase to the time they ship it. Another problem was the delivery company DHL just left the package at the door step with no signature, someone could have stolen and made off with a nice chunk of change..thats the major issue I had.

Super fast and easy experience! I think the guys are the same ones as in Chrono24. Found a Seiko Alpinist at a really great price and got it in 3 business days! Import taxes were around 20% of the price though but overall really reliable, fast and trustworthy purchase!

Watch (GS Skyflake) shown as in stock with delivery 3-5 days. Ordered the watch and this then started a string of 'give us a bit of time' type emails culminating in an admission that they had no idea when they would be able to supply the watch. Refund offered and actioned promptly. Consistently polite in communications but a bit slow - and frustrating that an item shown as in stock is clearly not in stock or even obtainable in a given timeframe.

Great product. I would buy again. Small suggestion is to include a calculation or estimation for import tax at check out. It would help US buyers make a better estimate of total purchase costs.
