Incredible support and professionalism. I have a pretty serious bot problem destroying my paid traffic. I tried a solution that wasn't working before finding IPQuality Score. IPQS makes it really easy for our team to validate payments and ship orders without worrying about the risk from chargebacks. The support team is also great, and I always get a fast response back. Pricing is very competitive and I have no complaints about the service or accuracy.

I had to deal with them as my personal IPv4 address kept on being blacklisted by their services. It was quite difficult to get in touch with their support, hence only 4 stars.
As soon as I got in touch with them they were willing to assist and help in solving the issue.
We are now actively exchanging emails on how to solve the issue and to understand what is causing this blacklisting as they want to improve the quality of their data.

IPQS is great and easy to use. The service has a 5,000 free credits per month plan and its super accurate compared to other similar providers. Along with being much more affordable, the risk scoring data is accurate all over the world. It helps verify accounts and investigate suspicious behavior that we otherwise wouldn't detect.

Terrible and dishonest company with crazy prices (500 usd a month is their lowest plan). Script doesn't work, they give you "5000" free credits that are not free. They trick you into creating an account saying it will be "free". Nothing is free with these scammers.

I've been using IPQS for nearly 2 years now and I'm confident to say that it's the best fraud protection/invalid traffic filter out there. I run a few websites and I monetize their content using display banners, mainly from Google Ad demand. Anybody that works as a publisher for Google Adsense/Google AdExchange knows how sensitive Google is when it comes to invalid traffic, and it's ultimately our job to make sure our traffic is clean and legitimate. That's why I use IPQUALITYSCORE services to filter out bots, proxies, and VPNs from my websites. Just include a simple JS tag or PHP file and you are all set. I've tested similar services, but IPQS was the one with the most accurate detection and fewer false positives. I really recommend them.

Very accurate and customizable scoring. The user platform was easy to use as well. We were previously using 3 very expensive API services for fraud prevention to validate new users and payments and still only getting mediocre results. Now we process all of our data through IPQS and we've been very happy with the results.

We recently switched over to IPQS just in time for the holiday season to help prevent fraud on our online retail shop. Fraud has really been hurting us the past few months with chargebacks and bad payments. We switched IPQS on and it's been pretty much set and forget. Very happy with the customer support as well.
