You was choosed Airmail delivery type. In information about delivery You find that delivery time for Airmail is 5-40 days ( depend of time - December is always hard month for all post services ) . Your order was shipped 06.12.2019. Just must to wait little bit.

I truly like this store

I truly like this store. Good selection of good quality products. Fast and reliable shipments. When I have bought wrong product (like too small belt 😀) they change it to correct one without any hassle. Keep up the good work!

Items marked as available not really available

I would love to give 5star but I am really annoyed by one thing. I order an item that is on backorder 7-14 days, after 20 days you informed me that you cannot get it and send me the voucher for it as a refund. I login again and find similar item I needed and it says it is on stock and available and beside that I order things for another 100€ and then I get info that exactly that item I needed is also on backorder. I really think you should pay more attention on that because I lost almost 2 month to get item from another supplier and I really needed it just because of your negligence.
