Beware that you are in for a nightmare if your loan is transferred to this Unscrupulous company

My loan was transferred to Ipsum Capital mid term from Santander without missing a payment or requesting a payment holiday with them. Things went completely downhill from there. Ipsum charged a higher interest rate and imposed different terms than I had before and I had to go through their solicitors, Fieldfisher to repay the loan. I was charged over £5000 in fees to redeem the loan and neither Ipsum Capital or Fieldfisher will issue a receipt or invoice. These unscrupulous companies are in cahoots with each other and I will be reporting their clandestine behaviour to the Financial Ombudsman, SRA and Trading Standards for misconduct. Beware at all costs.
