I’m not happy with IQ Academy because…

I’m not happy with IQ Academy because my teenager who is under 16 done the IQ test while he was playing with my phone. We were out on a car drive at the time. He told he was doing a test and said he needed my email address to get the results. When I stopped my car I put in my email address, saw it said to pay £0.49, and thought that’s fine I will pay that. I didn’t read anything else as I was in a hurry. Little did I know I would be charged £39.99 two days later.
I contacted customer service by email to explain. They told me it clearly states the 48 hour trial and they won’t refund me because the charge goes to set up the subscription. They even said they have cancelled it now so I won’t need to pay next month. When I checked my account the next day it was still active, so I did it myself. Not happy

Chargeable IQ Tests...Do not use!

These jokers have set it up so that the IQ tests taken are chargeable, but the website doesn't make this clear beforehand. I'm absolutely furious!!! My my time has been wasted taking the test to then be prompted to a card billing page at the end to get the results. These are scammers. They should of clearly made me aware that the test will follow a charge to get the results. Better still, they shouldn't be charging at all!!! Google need to take responsibility for having IQ Academy at the top of the Google search listing, absolutely ridiculous.

Is the IQ test about not giving them your money? ;)

The test probably works. But it's a money making exercise to lure you into a subscription - so I didn't hand them my email address, or any money - I checked TrustPilot first, and they have a 2.8/5 score - I hope that proves my IQ passed the test of not being fooled! - perhaps they work out your IQ before deciding how much money they can trick you into paying?

Really good and tricky, lacks range.

Really good and tricky.
A good idea would be to add some random real life scenarios with decisions to test iq.
