We are based in Downtown Dubai and built the business around one thing our customers kept asking for: getting a genuine, sealed pack the same day they order it, without a trip to a shop. We stock the full TEREA range sourced from Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, starting from AED 120 a pack, alongside every current IQOS ILUMA i device, HEETS for older blade-heated models, and pods and disposables from JUUL, Myle, RELX and Oxbar. Regional TEREA variants differ in blend and packaging, so each product page sets out exactly which origin you are buying and which devices it fits. Orders reach Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah in 40 to 60 minutes and the remaining emirates the same day. Delivery is free on orders over AED 450. You pay cash or card when the order arrives, never in advance, and every pack is factory-sealed and checked before it leaves us. Questions and reorders go through WhatsApp, which is usually the fastest way to reach us.
