Awesome company!!!

I ordered a pair of their excellent ultra bass headphones over year ago.
Due to wearing specs the ear cups have almost worn away. I emailed Iqualtech to order a new pair of ear cups.
Customer services (Sarah) got back to me and asked for my details, so they could send out a new pair of headphones.
I only asked for ear cups, and they volunteered new headphones!!.
What awesome service.
A lot of Internet companies would do well to take note of how this company handles its customers and their problems.
Iqualtech went further and beyond handling my query.
