Claimed to have sent out my keyboard, even listed it as delivered, I didn't receive anything. Went back a forth with customer service and they were no help at all. I was refused a refund, zero intentions of being helpful. Stay clear of this company.

I had over twenty emails back and forth with this company's customer service, I never received the keyboard and they kept telling me to wait and wait and wait for a refund. They kept stalling and trying to send me back to the shipment company when this was their responsibility. I ultimately had to go to my bank and get a chargeback. Oh - and to top it off they gave me the wrong tracking number too, so I had to get those details off of my local delivery company. I also work n customer service and understand how this could be difficult, but genuinely this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

Regretfully have had a terrible experience ordering this keyboard from Iqunix. I backed them on kickstarter, they shipped out my order, it got marked as delivered, but I never actually received my order. They are generally responsive on their customer support email, but it just seems to be a standardized chat-bot reply that keeps saying 'sorry but we can't do anything since it's now been marked as delivered by the postal service'. They won't refund me, or send me another one. I'm basically just down $120. First and last time I by a product from this company.

I dont know what people are talking about my product arrived fast and it is working find.

I would never use this Company again. I ordered a Keyboard in October 2023 for the Company i work for and we are still waiting for it to be delivered?? Excuses after Excuses, problem with delivery due to wrong address, problem with Post Office. The delivery address was correct and the Post Office has not received any deliveries from them. They would not refund our money. Last Emailed 28.02.24, No reply, No Keyboard, No Refund.

Received perfectly working keyboard, but I had bought with wrong layout. I wanted to return it and talked with customer support, who were very slow to respond. I sent it back unused and paid for shipping, but they only return 60% of the value. They used the reasoning that they had to pay for shipping, even though i paid the full price both ways. Furthermore they wanted me to declare the value well below actual worth to fraud the shipping system I guess.
I asked them why they wouldn't refund more, and they will not answer me.

When the keyboard arrived I unfortunately noticed massive chattering when typing.

In this state the keyboard is not usable since I have to retype about every fifth word because of doubled letters.
I really hope that the keyboard gets replaced, otherwise the review will stay as-is.

SCAM!!! I never received the keyboard. The customer service Miranda is pretty useless, rude and dismissive. It’s advertised that I’ll arrive in 10-15 business days but it’s almost a month and they said it might take another 45 days.

I would like to give 0 star if possible.

Lost my keyboard then had the cheek to offer me 50% off in the future not even replace or refund it

Ordered keyboard on 9th November and it still hasn’t arrived - customer service could only say it’s stuck on its way from China. No apology, no help at all. Be very careful ordering if you want something for Christmas.
