amazing responsive service
This post is long overdue. There was a flaw with an antique reel that I ordered for my husband, not visibly apparent but only under use. When we reported this they responded very quickly, no questions asked and sent out another reel immediately. Lovely to have such responsiveness and resolution and great to be using this antique reel.
