Ordered a jacket on December 15 for Christmas. As of today (12/21/23) I have not received item. Apparently still in transit in China. I had to email IRHAZ for any updates. Not a happy camper.
I ordered an item , received a tracking number that was not working, I would get a stuats " No order can be found", reached out to customer service multiple times with no response.
The outcome: no order arrived, and my payment account was charged. I am currently trying to figure out how to cancel my payment.
And still no response from the company.
Really disappointed
,I have been trying to return an unopened item and customer service haven’t got back to me in a week!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING
I had to get a dress ASAP even though it was going to be delivered in 8 days. So i messaged them and they got me the dress in about 3 day!!
All things are perfect in the brand, especially the customer service, which answer all the questions. The products are very nice and match the description.
Although the shipping takes some time, the customer service was very professional and the quality was as expected.
