If I could give minus stars I would ! Nearly £30 for absolute rubbish. I have sent countless emails after complaining that the item I received was nothing like advertised.only to be constantly told no refund as my item is in transit ! Hate to think of how many other people have been duped.

As has been said, a very poor product and no sign of getting my money back...

Pearl of Heart. Same as everyone else, can’t believe I ordered 2 of these!! Came 5 weeks late , was going to give them as Xmas presents but nothing as described, couldn’t fashion to give them to my friends. Trying to return & get a refund but don’t think they understand my Emails. Can we get anywhere with Facebook as it was advertised on there. Complete scam , so disappointed as the advert looked lovely.😡

If there were zero stars they would get it. Took my money, no product arrived and refusing refund. Total con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Rip off company , £27 item turned up 3 weeks late ! And not what I ordered , 3 small packets instructions no where not what was advertised at all

If I could give it zero stars I would, Absolute dire. Do not purchase via this website, even though they are running adverts via Facebook, DO NOT USE!, you will either end up with a sub par product, it wont arrive at all as in my case, and then you got the hassle of trying to get your money back. I would rather give me £27 to charity, than give it to someone that is out there giving poor products, poor service, or any product at all.

Ordered 2 thru fb on debit card 4th Dec. Like others thought it was an English company. Chased via emails as hadn't received, finally got package Xmas eve to find it was nothing like what I thought I was ordering, not worth a tenner, let alone almost £60!!! Nothing like what was described, no bucket, tiny little powders for babies, not adult hands, instructions in Chinese!!! Getting no responses now from sent emails. So angry 😠 reporting to Trading Standards and Facebook.

Thieves, scammers, absolutely disgusting company, if you can call it that. Not worth 1 star. Steer clear. Never replied to an email. Item not as advertised. Shocking.

Like many others, late in arriving and nothing like the product advertised. Please do not send these scammers any money.

Not even a one star. Just read all these reviews AFTER I have been scammed! Complete waste of money! Like the others - something finally arrived but not what I iordered. 2 childs kits, no bucket and instructions in Chinese! Others have received nothing! I checked on Pearl's of my Heart - kits Facebook page and they have put up a disclaimer! Doesnt help anyone get their money back ( unless you paid by Paypal) and there are alot of us who have been scammed!! Disgusted that they are still advertising - even in Facebook under the name of Irisemila- beware!

I'm absolutely disgusted by this product. It did arrive but not as it was advertised no bucket, shoddy packaging, 2 very small packets, tiny pot of paint +plus a brush. It might at a push do my two grandsons hands but can I trust it to not harm their skin or even work for that matter.

Doesn't deserve the one star but no option for zero. I also ordered the pearl of my heart kit. After several messages assuring me that my order was in transit it eventually has after a month. It's a joke, 2 tiny packets of powder, a tiny thumb nail pot of paint and a paintbrush. A tiny set of instructions for a baby hand or foot cast. Certainly not what I ordered for adults, bucket etc. Total scam. So annoyed I didn't spot it. Waste of money and time.
Am I able to claim this money back through PayPal.

Ordered 4th December and after numerous emails they are now ignoring me, no tracking number given, just simply KEEP WELL CLEAR

I orded on 4th December.. still no show .. wont confirm any details of shipping .. asked 4 times.. really frustrating 😕.. wanted the peal of heart hand plaster .. its upsetting as it was for my partner an his dad .. we got to spend 1 day with him 😭 hes 82 .. and this was going to be some thing special for them x

i dont think i will trust it at all for children as its from china .. when i orded i looked at the buisness adress it was british so no where does it say its coming from china !!!!!!!!!
28 quid in bin 🙃☹ lesson lurnt to good to be true normal is !!

Ordered on 27/11 for a present on 20/12. Plenty of time you would think... But no, it's a Chinese company, and even though they promised it had been sent. The tracking didn't show any update till 19/12 saying it was just despatched. Customer service is non existent. Still nothing arrived by 26/12. Avoid this deceptive company. Had to get money back from paypal minus massive fees.
