Absolutely brilliant service!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What a great company to deal with! I am from South Africa and found the whole tax rebate thing in Ireland extremely difficult and time consuming. Irish Tax Rebates have definitely taken the stress off me and helped me secure a large rebate dated back 4 years. I've spoke with 2 separate customer service agents over the last 2 weeks and all I can say is thank you and well done for handling my query so efficiently. I massive thanks to Ber Coffey who was the agent I spoke with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the call a pleasure to take. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who struggles with there tax. Thank you for everything guys and keep up the fantastic work you all do.

unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone. I was told that I had 31.67 rebate and they asked me for permission to proceed which I ignored. I proceeded to get my rebate done myself which was quite straight forwarded and immediately got a confirmation from revenue about what I was due which was way higher than what the Irish rebate told me. After a week of sorting out my refund myself, i started getting calls and emails from tax rebate asking for a fee of almost 65euros. I decided to pay after so much pressure and telling me that they will add extra 50euro. guys be very careful, do not trust them at all. i looking for how to make a complaint about them

It is disappointing to read this review, but especially as it is incorrect.
Following our advice that there was a rebate due to you you sent details of a claim for Dependent Relative Relief to us, and when doing so requested that we reviewed this claim and gave us permission to submit the details to Revenue on your behalf. This was provided to us on 13th March.
It is for this reason that your rebate amount was higher than the €31.67 and the fee of €64.17 was charged as 10% plus VAT of the total rebate value that we secured for you.
We do note that you did also make a separate claim for additional €100 PAYE expenses. While this claim may not be correct, we are not looking to charge you anything for this claim that you made.
Given that the fee was significantly overdue, we did have to mention to you that legal action may be an option and of course this does come at an additional cost.
I am happy that we could settle this for the fee that was due without the need to charge the extra fee.

I thought it was fast and very easy to do online and people were very nice on phone. Only issue is i paid my charge to tax a day before i got payment and i seemed to get charged again when i recived my payment by revolut 🤔....Only issue..otherwise very good ☺

Unfortunately, I can't recommend. They help me with my taxes last year 2024 (middle of year). I checked my 2024 tax in January 2025 and I have €950 under payment. They took something last year and my taxes are higher now... I definitely won't use them again

I am sorry if you are having issues with your tax, but we did not in any way affect your 2024 tax position.
The rebate we secured for you last year was from the 2023 and 2022 tax years, and this would have no impact on anything to do with 2024.
If you would like us to assist with any claim from last year you would need to re-register with us, and if we had access to your details again then we could further clarify any underpayment of tax that you incurred for 2024.

Fee clarification
I was misled by the term "tax rebate," assuming it meant a single consolidated refund with one fee deducted. However, the company splits rebates into categories (e.g., medical, mortgage), each treated as a separate rebate with its own fee. This was not made clear upfront. When I contacted them for clarification and asked where this is specified on their website, I received no clear response. The process has been unclear, unhelpful, and not transparent.
UPDATE- Response here is not response I received, eventually, by email. They said (copy and pasted)
'Revenue now insist that all Tax Agents operate in this manner for clients who signed up from 1 January 2025, but we can assure you that we will continue to focus on maximising your rebates as normal.'
I don't think Revenue do insist it's done this way and I asked for the company to not continue with my tax affairs, which they said they would not.

Thanks for the feedback, albeit that it is negative.
Please be assured that we always prefer to submit one claim to Revenue on behalf of our clients, but multiple submissions can be made.
In your case I note that we did not receive the full documentation for your medical claim until some weeks after the original submission had been made, and so the two separate fees were justifiable on this occasion.
