We arrived at the premises, which is located in an old mill & after following the signs up a few flights of stairs we found Joanne waiting for us. She is really lovely & after making us both a coffee & explaining that invariably one eye will have more features than the other she proceeded to capture images of each of our chosen irises.
There are a number of different choices of artwork & my partner & myself decided to opt for a 30 inch by 30 inch acrylic. (Which was only put into production after we'd approved the proof image which was sent to us by email just 2 days later)
The artwork is absolutely beautiful, incredibly detailed & now hangs proudly in our living room. We couldn't be happier with the finished result & would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something stunning, personal & a little different.

We had a voucher for Iris Photography bought as a Christmas gift from our Son and Daughter in Law. We booked three times with them. The first two were rearranged as I had health issues.
Third time lucky. Was easy to find, we had travelled from Leeds to Stockport. There is plenty of car parking. The studio is in an old building but thanks to the sign posting, it was easy to find.
Joanne made us feel very welcome. She explained what the process was. Took a good few photos of the "better" eye. She showed us the photos. My husband never knew he had grey and blue eyes and I certainly didn't know I had freckles on my Iris! We chose our frame and size. Joanne said she would email us and if we approved, she would send it to the printers
Photos approved by us and a couple of days later, we were sent an email from the delivery company.
Wow! We were blown away with the finished look. The gift is unique to just myself and husband and we just love it.
I would 100% recommend this company.

Plenty of car parking at the mill. A few corridors and stairs to follow but well signposted en route.Joanna was very pleasant, and talked us through the options and process. No hard sell, although we did opt for a more expensive finish. All in all, a reasonable price for a piece of wall art and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Overall a good experience, very difficult to find but the location is a historical building which makes the experience interesting.

The session itself was great and just what we were looking for. A lot of attention to detail clearly goes into it and overall on this front we were impressed. However, pricing is not advertised until you arrive and are hit with a bombshell which you are made to decide on the spot.

Overall, this didn’t bother us at the time as we had a great experience and left satisfied. However, our print arrived and it was somebody else’s order. Not what we approved on the proof and definitely not our eyes. For the amount you pay this was extremely disappointing and ruined the experience. Contacted to get sorted and got told that it was human error which we understand but we now have to dispose of the piece at our own expense.
Tried to see if we could get an upgrade for the inconvenience (as most companies do) told it has already been processed so it’s not possible. Hopefully we will get our print but overall the experience has been ruined and all excitement over the art print has been lost and left with bitter disappointment.

I hate to be resorting to Social Media but my emails to iris customer service have gone unanswered - My experience has been horrible. I ordered a portrait as a gift - spent almost $2500 - first delivery the four corners looked smashed and there were openings where it didnt look like the picture adhered to the acrylic properly - I called in and was told I would get a replacement - I did - this one was also damaged at the corners. I ended up having to purchase a different gift and therefore requested my money back under article 8 as per the website - I have been emailing for 2 months and now im being ignored and left with 2 damaged portraits that I paid $2500 for - I WOULD not recommend - terrible customer service and not a product worth the $$

Fab service and a beautiful keep sake for couples/families

received this as a christmas present and what an experience it was. Joanne was amazing, taking us through the procedure and so informative and helpful when choosing our style and frames. A truly individual , personal piece of art for our home

I'd seen Iris art and thought what a beautiful and such a unique idea. I didn't know what to expect but Joanne made me and the kids feel welcome and relaxed and talked through the whole process. She also made sure I was completely happy with the final product A must for a special piece of art!

I have been wanting to so this for so long. And OMG what can I say. The kids loved it and everything was explained so well.

Joanne was fantastic throughout and I am so excited to see what our finished piece looks like on the wall.

It is a must for anyone.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Great with my children and explaining what to expect, we were welcomed with tea and the studio was warm and welcoming inside. Worth noting that this is located in an extremely interesting/old and characterful building which is an experience in itself.

Great care and time was taken to ensure we understood all of our options and I really could not recommend this more-I cannot wait for our artwork to be delivered!
