AVOID Ordered about a week ago and have contacted seller through email twice with no response and no item I haven’t had a dispatch notice either, poor customer service and dispatch time avoid if you need what you have actually ordered or just a response to say there is a delay sent order number over with payment through PayPal as website said and still no item

Don't order off this guy shop els where slow shipping no contact and they are also rude will not order again don't waste your time or money

'look at your reviews' yes mate, google trustpilot reviews for: amazon (1.7star), ebay (1.2star), adidas (1.4star), tesco.com (1.8star) or any company you know. Most of the high rated ones are paid because very rare anyone who had normal experience goes to leave feedback lol thanks for a good laugh though. See, replies are pretty fast. Its only when dummies cant read FAQ or contact form that CLEARLY STATES YOU WILL GET IGNORED WITH QUESTIONS ANSWERED IN THE FAQ. You accepted all these T&Cs at the checkout but obviously didnt read them so blame your ignorance.

This is a scam. They stole my money AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Packet delivered - basic contents. Chemical inside was a bit crystallised. But could still use.
After payment made I didnt receive any confirmation. Made an enquiry and received a surly and quite rude response saying link sent and needed to read the FAQ. Fair enough but the company could brush up on customer service skills before jumping down your throat.

We ordered and paid for 2 items.
The website said all items are dispatched within 48 hours (working days).
It's now been 7 days, and no sign of anything.
We've sent multiple emails, asking where our goods are, but no replies and no goods.
We ordered on the evening of 22nd Aug 2023.
It's now the evening of 29th Aug 2023.
The only reason we've given 1 star is that Trust Pilot won't allow 0 stars.

Our items arrived on Saturday 2nd September.
That's 11 days after ordering, which is a long time...
And a lot longer than the "dispatched within 48 hours" claim.
We've used one of the items already, and it worked perfectly.
Because the items are exactly as described, and work perfectly, we've upgraded our review to 4 stars.
A delivery timescale that was closer to the one claimed would have got 5 stars.

In summary:
Order from here if you want stuff that works perfectly but don't mind a bit of a wait for delivery.

Half a year ago I ordered something, but till today havent received anything. I wrote a polite e-mail with the message that I did not receive anything after a month. I got a big mouth back with the answer that I should check the FAQ. Really, don't trust this company!

I don't know what you try to pull here, but answering years later on Trustpilot says it all. Don't let me copy paste your email back then, when you were very rude and impolite to me as a customer. Shame on you! Apparently, you need money and you're trying to provide an explanation for all the bad reviews here. You'd better think about why everyone is giving you a bad review.

Order says it has been shipped 3 days ago but when I track it says "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." And it's just blank. I've sent an email 3 days ago asking for a tracking number and still no response even though the email says "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at (there email inserted here)" but I get no response. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and not call these guys scammers as of yet, but the lack of communication makes it difficult to know what's currently going on with my order so I decided to leave this review at this current moment in time as I'm hoping I'll get a response on here as so far my experience hasn't been all that good.

I'll change my review once my items are received and once I get a response explaining what is currently going on with my parcel?

Important Update - Despite getting no response after sending payment for testing. The business have now contacted me and apologised as they were in the hospital, things like this can happen. Awaiting test results will update after this.

WARNING ONLY buy from irongyms if you want to get scammed. I have placed a order and received no update about it despite multiple emails asking which have all been ignored. I am fair and if they wish to ship my order and they respond to my emails i will leave a update here
As promised I have updated the review because i did receive the product a month later although they should respond to emails to inform customers that they just have slow delivery so it doesnt seem like they are scammers

I cannot explain how grateful I am for people who work like this. The lab analysis is a must! and they are so fast!

Kit ordered, tested my tab and it gave a clear result.

The reason I ordered this test was because one bottle I received the tabs were orange, same lab 2 months later the tabs were yellow/green.

Not wanting to put something into my body that wasn't as advertised meant I needed to get it tested.

The results were clear, I guess the takeaway from this is that tabs from the same lab can vary significantly but running this test gave me piece of mind.

That piece of mind is priceless.

It's also worth noting that irongym7 sell the exact same test as the other guys you will come across, the difference is the other ones come with fancy packaging.

Pay extra for packaging that ends up in the bin? Nope it goes against my scottish nature. 😂

Terrible and very unprofessional attitude from these guys. I ordered via their eBay site which is given as an option at checkout on their website. They advertise FREE shipping on website but charge £1.99 delivery on eBay. I sent them the following;

"I've just ordered through your eBay site but you've charged me £1.99 for shipping even though it clearly states FREE shipping. Please can you refund me the shipping fee as the test kit is coming from the same place so the shipping should be the same whether I order it through ebay or Iron Gym website."

Their response;

"It states Free shipping on the website, not on ebay. If you wanted free shipping then you couldve paid through the bank transfer or paypal on the website.

Ebay charges fees therefore the price is higher there. We stopped selling on eBay years ago and our account had the same name: irongym7. Maxiplay is not our account and we simply dropship the orders. If you have any problems, message him.

Lastly, I don’t appreciate your attitude with saying how things should or shouldn’t as £10 to get most bathtub made UGLs checked is pennies comparing to lab analysis costs in UK, that’s not provided by us. It’s us doing you a favour and not you ordering a £10 item that has tiny profit margins as I don’t see much alternatives on the market other than roidtest which is literally same product, made in same factory, with different printed logo and it costs twice as much. Would you complain to them too that there are same vials for £10 on eBay so they should cost the same?"

Clearly you know F all about customer service and clearly you don't appreciate repeat customers.

The first time I asked them a simple question about how many vials I needed to test 2 products they came back with a very sarcastic answer making out I was dumb. I suffer with a mild form of dyslexia where I find it more difficult than most to read, see and absorb some words so I simply missed the answer i was looking for in the description.

They have no regards for their customers and zero customer service skills!

I've been completely transparent in my experience... I wonder what BS they'll come up with to try and save face!!!

Unfortunately there are more and more companies that simply don't meet expected standards these days than ever before! Good customer service has become more of a myth than a reality these days!

You use my 1 star review for ordering whey protein against me yet once again you prove my point as to how unprofessional you really are!
When you place an online order and pay for that service , I and EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER expect to get what they pay for. A business selling goods or services has an obligation to supply those services correctly. It's all in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you don't believe me.

The fact that you're still using my dyslexia against me also shows what type of person you really are. It's been weeks since I left this review yet you clearly still can't let it go. Stalking me and now publicly bashing my warranted reviews about other companies! Who the F do you think you are???

Those products also represent the company they are bought from so I'm still leaving a review for the company as well. I love how you say "some company called YuMove" they are a famous company that deal in pet nutrition, constantly advertised on TV... idiot.

I have to say the crew at iron gym are very reliable, informative and the service is second to none . I have been in the gym game for thirty years and have seen and experienced a lot of nonsense. This company delivers weather it be gear testing or advise on gear testing etc and I will not hesitate in recommending them and re using them
