Take your money fine but don't expect any form of customer service when you have an issue.
Bought a commercial iron / board for my new business. Called with faults ( 1 year warranty supplied ) to be told user error even after fallowing all suggestions. Board started tripping all electric in shop and they still wouldn't help. Sent it back to them for them to tell me nothing wrong and it's on its way back. When I asked what to do if it's faulty again I was told there's nothing they can do. Suggested I remove it to another premises as the electric must be weak. (Brand new electrics here) Of to trading standards / citizen advice I go )

Awful customer service. I have had an ironing press for 18 months which has stopped working. I e mailed to ask for help on what the issue may be and was told its very expensive to repair and suggested I buy a new upgraded model. The model I bought was £1099.99!!!

I appreciate there is only a 6 month warranty on the product but some advise to try to fix the problem would have been appreciated.

So shocked at the poor customer service and ultimately a product that doesn't last.

The iron press is very well-designed and is easy to use. It has some great features and it cuts down the time spent ironing a lot . Large items are very easy to iron as the surface area of the iron is very large. It performs efficiently and delivers wonderful results . Must-have purchase to simplify ironing in your home.

Customer service is above and beyond. The products always arrive very quickly and are excellent quality!

Not sure if this company has changed hands recently ive purchased many irons over the last 10 years from them before customer service was always really good !! However my last purchase arrived damaged for which they sent part for me to change !!! now my £750 iron is less than 3 months old is not working as it should with the dry boiler bell ringing I contacted via email to try and resolve only to be told I would have to pay to return this faulty iron at my own cost !!! Such a shame as I have also recommended this company to 2 other ironing services i can no longer recommend this company my friend tells me today her iron is also tripping fuses only to be told by customer services to try it in a neighbours house !!!! We both made purchase of same iron within weeks and both having problems !!!!!

Ordered based on the fact it stated next day delivery .
However after ordering received an email informing me that the item would be coming from the supplier & would take 10-16 days NOT next day as stated ,awful customer service ( no reply to emails ) lost 2 days work as they emailed to say it would be delivered on the 16th but it wasn’t ,was also informed that DPD tracking would be sent to me for delivery the following day (17th) so I could arrange delivery to neighbour etc DID not receive that either despite 3 emails requesting the tracking ,explained I am self employed and lost 2 days of work due to the lack of communication , I complained that the next day delivery stated is false & misleading & as such should be amended but that still hasn’t been done , VERY bad experience .

Wrote company about wanting an elasticated fitted cover for a mega press, the very helpful man sent me a link, which was very helpful (£55 helpful)
turns out false information, it wasn't a fitted cover it was one you have to tie yourself (which is useless and slips all the time)
Sent them back tracked with royal mail, so hoping for a full refund.
Wont be using company again.
One star because the man was helpful or so I thought at the time !!

Purchased some covers for my press at the end of last year. The covers are well over priced,cheap materials and manufacture ,but it is a captured market,so don’t have much choice. I love my press though,and would not be without one. A shame that the company are charging the ridiculous prices for new covers,which of course have to be replaced,now and then. Funnily enough tried to fill in their reviews form several times,and will not send. I wonder why 🤨

I purchased a Carmel snail press, which leaks, emailed the company a week later, got no reply and they do not pick up their phone. Terrible unprofessional service. Zero customer service. The press was actually more expensive than the competitors, but I still chose them because they had one in stock. I’m really appalled at this service. Do not use this company and whatever you’re looking for. There are other companies to buy form such as speedy press and others who I’ve used many times before but they just didn’t have the press in stock on one occasion so I had to buy from this place.

The managing director of this company is rude, aggressive and wholly unprofessional.
Despite confirming in writing that my equipment was covered by warranty, he proceeded to phone me with the bill, explaining that my ironing board was ‘in bits’ and would be returned that way if I didn’t pay immediately. I was offered no apology for the misinformation he originally gave, or for the way he spoke to me when challenged. This company does not keep accurate records of prior work completed. The MD was in a position of power, which he abused in this situation. I believe that I was misinformed intentionally to canvas extra work (I could’ve had the repair completed a lot cheaper locally). I will be taking the matter further to prevent this man bullying women in the future. Please avoid if you value integrity, respect and customer service.

Having borrowed a friend's Speedypress, I immediately placed my order online direct with the company, but as I live overseas, faltered at the payment stage as I couldn't believe that delivery would be free! I received a call from the company (Lionel), who reassured me and talked me through the order process and the model I had chosen. The machine arrived within a few days and took minutes to set up. I chose the next model up (91HD) from my friend's (Ultra XL), as it holds more water, and is heavier duty. After pressing for 2 hours yesterday I am thrilled. It's super easy, and gives that professional pressed finish to everything in minutes, if not seconds for smaller items. It makes ironing a joy!!!! My Speedypress is going to be well used and loved for many years to come.

This company is Jerry Fried & Co.Ltd where I ordered sewing machine bobbins from. I was promised that they would be despatched the following day after placing my order and using first class post. It is now 6 days later and the bobbins still have not arrived.
I am annoyed that this company is giving out misleading information in order to get their sales.
I have requested a refund of my money as I have now bought the bobbins elsewhere but it has fallen on deaf ears.
Personally I would avoid using this company.
Update - I have received a refund but on the 7th day the bobbins arrived so I have offered to repay but this company still need to get their misleading info about postage sorted.
