Ordered Eco Slates and unfortunately the courier DHL, never bothered to deliver them. Contact Ironmongery now and they tried their best to get DHL moving. Unfortunately DHL did nothing. We dealt with Megan at Ironmongery now and she was extremely helpful doing everything she could to move DHL along. Thanks Megan, hope you get the slates returned to you.

Wrong screws
I received the product but the screws with the product are wrong. I am unable to install the door handles because of the screws. I did sent email to supplier over a week now but no response.
