Excellent service — Iris was amazing
I came across Ironpanda on Instagram and decided to purchase 6 gym tees — and I’m really glad I did. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I subscribed to the WhatsApp updates after a few days and followed up shortly after, as I had an upcoming trip and wanted to check delivery timing.
The customer service was excellent, especially from Iris, who was always quick to respond and super helpful throughout. It made the whole experience feel very smooth and reliable.
I’m based in Australia, and despite the distance, the tees arrived surprisingly quickly. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Disappointed
I was excited about the ordering and getting these shirts but that changed when they came in. I ordered men size 3XL and the shirts barely were long enough to cover my stomach. If I lifted my arms just the a little it exposed my stomach. When requesting a return for a product that didn’t fit, they offered me a 20% refund and keep the product. When denied, they offered a 30% refund and a $35 return fee. When denied because I wanted the full refund, it was $60 to return it. Just so everyone knows, the shirts are EXTREMELY short.

The designs on their shirts are eye catching and at times thought provoking. I have only worn my shirt once and I have received several complements on it and one person asked where I got it.

Great service, concerned about quality.
Ordering from them was easy and products were shipped fairly easily. The designs are awesome and there are a ton of products. I am not in love with the fit on the tank tops as they are quite boxy and shapeless. That may just be how the top style is supposed to be. I expected that to the price point, the designs would be more permanently applied to the fabric like screen printed or sublimated; instead they appear to be a vinyl iron on applied to the fabric. I’m worried that they’ll eventually just peel off which is not the quality I’d expect for $40 per shirt. I guess time will tell. I’d try another product type but probably won’t order as many items as I’d originally planed.
