Iron Peptides has been closed off , at least I can't get onto their website. I have sent inquiries several times and received a few responses, but most of the time not.

First, I have had zero negative side effects and weight loss has not been difficult at all. Most amazing, however, is that I've been suffering with hand inflammation and pain for the past year. I ordered “Reta GLP-3 10mg” from IronPeptides and received a Certificate of Analysis (COA) referencing a specific lot number (IR-2510-002) and implying traceability to the product shipped. The vial I received has a generic label and does not display any lot number or batch number anywhere on the vial. Because the product shipped contains no batch/lot identifiers, the COA cannot be confirmed to match the actual vial received.

In any quality-controlled process, lot/batch traceability is a basic requirement to validate identity and documentation. A COA is only meaningful if the shipped product includes identifiers that match the COA. The QR code on the vial does not provide batch verification or authentication; it only links to the merchant website.

I provided photos showing the vial lacks lot/batch identification and requested a refund due to the traceability failure and COA mismatch. The merchant refused. I am attaching photos of the vial, the COA, and email communications for documentation. Supplying a COA without a traceable lot/batch identifier on the shipped product raises serious compliance and consumer protection concerns.

Your statement does not resolve the issue: the product received was not verifiably authentic based on the documentation provided.

If individual vial lot numbers are not used, then your QR-based verification system must provide clear chain-of-custody traceability connecting the physical vial shipped to the tested production batch. In my case, the QR/COA provided was generic and did not establish vial-to-batch linkage in any meaningful way, which defeats the purpose of “verification.”

This dispute is therefore not about personal expectations — it is about insufficient traceability, questionable documentation, and potential consumer deception.

I have retained all evidence (photos, packaging, label images, COA/QR records). A “no refund if opened” policy does not negate the obligation to provide credible documentation supporting authenticity.

Ironpeptides has great customer service that will answer all of your questions about the items you are ordering or even thinking about trying. My husband and I have had really good results with the products we are using. Plus- our orders usually arrive before expected. We will whole heartedly continue with Ironpeptides. The COA for the 60mg bottle doesn’t exist. Additionally my test mice have shown no difference in food consumption when applied.

If you live in Australia do not order peptides. Border force will sieze your order and tell you its a "growth hormone releasing peptides" and it is prohibited. Wish I'd know before forking out $200 AUD
