Ordered a few NRL jerseys which was in US dollars as default and only revealed that fact once i had paid for product. No idea why this would default in US dollars for a specifically Australian item. Products took close to a month to arrive and when received I realised that they were generally low quality items. Company sent the wrong size on one item and refused to refund unless i bought more items. Poor quality and poor service. Definitely felt like a scam.

Ordered a jersey through this place very unorganised.
Got confirmation saying it will take between 1 to 7 working days to be shipped was fine with that, 2 weeks later still no confirmation emailed them asked what was going they replied our ware house is very busy will be on its way soon 4 weeks later no confirmation of shipping so emailed back they then told me sorry we missed the shipping date would i like to wait while they deliver it again was not happy so i asked for a refund. The positive side was they did reply when i emailed and they did refund me upon request so was happy with that.
Just in future reference please let your customers know if any issues occur.
No confidence in ordering from here again.

Purchased a few Melbourne Rebel Training Jersey and misc AU Rugby and NRL Jerseys.. thought they were old year designs on clearance... took 4 weeks to arrive after 3 emails chasing tracking. Very poor quality, no stretch and not true to sizing guide. Very cheap and nasty Chinese Knock Offs.. Not worth it.

Ordered some jerseys. Arrived in good time. Very happy with quality and at a fraction of the price if bought from in store. Also great communication from the team at irugbyau. Will definitely buy all my sports apparel from them.

Received my product (SA rugby shirt) after 2 weeks.
Unfortunately it had a burn hole in it. Looking at the packaging it was clear one of the shipping/handling companies had caused it. As it was a christmas present I quickly contact the support team and asked if they could replace it. Sure enough, just in time for christmas I received a replacement. No hassle, great service. 10/10 would recommend.

I would give this no stars if I could. Top arrived. I ordered an XL and it didn't even fit my 14 year old son. When I told them this they said I'd ordered the wrong size. Offered that I could keep the top if I bought another one with 5% off. Told them I wanted a refund and they now expect me to pay for P&P. Do not order from this site. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Terrible site.

I have ordered a number of jerseys of this website and the service supplied has been amazing. The Price of jerseys and the quality for this price is the best ive seen around.

Also the after sales team when I had an issue with one of my purchases was really helpful.

I looked at the reviews and it seems that most of them are scam sites.
But their prices are very cheap compared to the official website. I bought a NRL Penrith Panthers 2022 season jersey with a try mentality, and it only cost $45.99. But they replied to me by email the next day saying that they were out of stock. I thought it was a scam. They wanted to eat my money! I was very angry!! But the customer service explained to me very patiently. Finally, I changed to the latest 24 season jersey. The goods arrived two weeks later. The quality is very good. Overall, it is still good.

Scam site relying on similarity to rugbyshop.com, which has solid tp reviews. Thankfully my bank blocked the transaction. The fraud team informed me it's actually a Hong Kong based "electronics" company. Dodgy AF.

Took forever to arrive.

No tracking until the day before it arrived.

Quality was absolutely terrible.

Sizing was 2.5 sizes smaller than it should be.

Colour was completely wrong.

I thought it was a scam site but it’s legit as can be. I bought a warriors NRL jersey for $55 and it came in just over two weeks and it’s great quality. Way better than paying $160 for a jersey

Scam, won't refund undelivered goods. Wasn't in stock even though they allocated a tracking number. After 1 month of them saying they have refunded me they have now said I have to wait another 20 days. Do not buy. My credit card was also used fraudulently right after this purchase

I ordered a rugby league jersey and 2 pairs of league shorts in November. I received the league jersey b4 Christmas with no shorts and no explanation. I emailed them to query and they said could I take a photo of the packaging which only had the jersey on it. They then went on to say they were out of league shorts and would I like jerseys. I said no as they were going to be christmas presents. They said they would refund and I'm still waiting. I have sent endless emails requesting my refund. This business is deceitful and has no right to keep money whereby goods were not sent. Be very careful people.

I read the reviews, but decided to give them a go anyway.
Nervously I waited, and yes, it did take a little longer than I expected, but for 25 bucks, when local companies are charging $160 for the privilege of supporting my team.
Well today it arrived, and am VERY HAPPY with the Jersey!
It's perfect, I will be doing more business with this company in the future.😁

One month on still waiting. Scam avoid they took my money & ran..Not responding to my messages. Getting my money back. These crooks should be shut down.

Ordered 2 NRL jerseys for my children for Christmas on 25 November 2023 and have received no update on my order. I've emailed to check, but have not received any response. Not expecting it to arrive and now looking elsewhere for presents

It looks like a false shop. No goods, no money, no responde. Don't buy there anything!.

I ordered and my order remained pending. I contacted them. They said I had not paid. Three times I have sent them proof of payment. They have since stopped responding. Big risk using this site.

I ordered 10 rugby balls few months ago only 4 arrived sent email after email can’t get money back.
I wouldn’t buy from them ever.

It's great the shirt quality is good the only problem i have is the number on my shirt is really small, takes about 2 weeks to come i don't understand the bad reviews especially the one saying the shirt had poop stains on it...
