You took forever to send the item
You took forever to send the item. It still has not arrived. Now it is stuck in customs, quite possibly because the item description is inaccurate. I wish I had not ordered from you. I guess Brexit has consequences.

I'm really disappointed to see this review especially as you have not contacted me beforehand? You ordered on Boxing Day a public holiday for most the world it’s Christmas !!! The delivery timescales were clearly on my website as I were taking a Christmas break with my children and since they did not go back to school until 7th January this is when I returned. I dispatched your order on my very first day back. In terms of tracking there is nothing incorrect with any description and upon checking it's been released and a delivery attempted so I hope you will reconsider this really unfair review as all the info was there for you to read!

My wife has received a email from the company , the item ordered evidently was a pre order item and can’t be dispatched before the owning company release their orders .
So apologies received and we appreciate
we must also say , had we been aware it was a pre order scenario, we would have understood and not chased down .

Another amazing order!
Another amazing order that arrived 2 days later! We order a few times a month and every order is fulfilled within a day or two and with us a day later. We never shop anywhere else. Donna is lovely and goes over and above (even when I add items last minute). I love the face they offer clearpay and klarna which helps us out no end.
10000% recommend!

Terrible Customer Service Experience. I was charged additional shipping fees AFTER checking out on my order. Then, I was charged a cancellation fee that was not listed ANYWHERE during the check out process.

You ordered a U.K. only item this was not only clear on the collection but stated on the actual listing in bold writing however you still proceeded to order it. As you ordered to an address in Canada we can’t ship it for the standard postage hence being a U.K. only product so the additional postage invoice was sent as you ignored this info. The cancellation fee is to cover what your payment provider charged us as you decided to cancel, if we have no sale we have nowhere to soak this up. Again this is in our terms and would invite you to read the info available to you !
