Great quality
Fast delivery. The headband is very well made and the colours match those on the website. It sits well and was comfortable to wear. I wore this for the evening reception at my daughters wedding and received lots of compliments. Always happy to support small independents.

Rain damage
Really love the colour and look but it started lightly raining outside and a raindrop sank into the fabric and has marked it. I have tried steaming to bring it out but it won’t lift off. Very sad as only worn once :(

I ordered a head band as a gift
I ordered a head band as a gift. Arrived without any tags so you cant be sure it wasn't used before and you cannot tell what material is it. Also the size is very small, more like for kids, not adults. I sent them an email and they responded that the head band fit everyone in their office (so in other words they try to say my head is too big), also I can check the material on the website. Seriously? I will return but they won't refund for original postage and return.
