They do everything possible not to help. They are deliberately evasive and seem to always side with the organisations they are supposed to regulate. They set an unreasonable timescale and, if you are outside that, they just ignore your complaint. Don't bother!
ISCAS communication was poor and because of this ISCAS only reviewed on complaint point and missed the other complaint points. The other complaint points related to the internal processes of a hospital including unethical practices. ISCAS took a very long time to complete a poor investigation. I do not recommend this service based on my experience.
