Its a scam i order a bike 2 weeks ago still not shipped im calling them no answer im emailing them they are replying in 4-5 days without answering my question no shipping info nothing is given do not buy from here if you love your money since 2 week they couldnt be reached.

Great customer service iscooter gave me as the battery i had been using had a fault they sent one out straight away then unfortunately the display gave up yet again they sent out a replacement free of charge. Yes it was a pain to have such problems but their customer service was very good.

I ordered the iScooter iX3
I ordered the iScooter iX3 and I absolutely love it! The scooter is amazing – it’s fast, smooth, and feels really well-built. Everything works perfectly and the battery life is great for my daily rides. I’m honestly so impressed with the quality for the price.
Also, I have to mention the customer service – they’ve been fantastic! Super helpful, quick to respond, and really friendly. I definitely recommend both the scooter and the company.
If you’re thinking about getting one, just do it – you won’t regret it!

Bought two IX6 scooters and have been really pleased by the performance of them. Rugged build and nimble, also looks good. Great customer service from the company as any queries are answered within 24 hours. Really cannot fault anything. Excellent!
