The worse service ever
The worse service ever, they listed 45 keyboard and mouse ,I bought them all then I receive a call that they don't have the right quantity so I said ok refund the rest .It took 10 days to refund and then the price difference on the listing and invoice.I finally give-up.
Staff are not professional ,they just past the blame.

First of all we serve trade customers only and we would not have processed your order usually but on this occasion we decided to out of good will and we would have told you that in future we will not be able to process your order. Our usual trade customers would understand this and would not leave a review of this nature.
Secondly we have a walk in showroom as well as online website and telesales department, sometimes items get sold as our staff go for picking and packing. Its not a regular occurrence but can happen every now and then. You were informed immediately first thing and full refund was issued to you immediately so i think its very unfair for you to leave 1 star review because of that.

Terrible unprofessional service not recommended
The order was for 12 items 60 unit , arrived 3 items , 12 unit from that 3 items 2 was substituted for cheap quality alternatives. Other items were not in stock and they didn't bother to make a quick call and inform for shortage or sending alternative , After contact with them they agreed to replace the missing items , didnt show up . . . Terrible unprofessional service. Still waiting for refund . Not recommended at all

The item was faulty
The item was faulty also was not supplied with the usual waterproof seal meaning that the fit was not the best.

Thank you for your feedback, first of all i apologies for the faulty part. We sell thousands of LCD's and every now and then you can expect a faulty part here and there. Overall our returns ration on faulty parts is less then 2.43%. As i have already mentioned to you prior to you leaving this totally negative feedback that we can send out a replacement to you and in terms of the seal as mentioned mentioned over the phone not all parts come with the seal. Only certain models do and this is a common practise in the mobile phones parts industry. I hope you reconsider your feedback.
