One of the worst online experience, i have had with them. I made an online transfer advance payment of Rs. 33,950/- for FIT-BIT Versa 2 on Jul 9. Received package on Jul 16. The package was broken, unsealed & the device was not in working condition. Not worked despite of charging it. When tried to call them, no response. Sent an email but no response.
All positive comments here are paid so BEWARE !!!. Will be sending them legal notice under the Consumer ACT which gives us rights to deal with such fraudsters & will copy relevant government authorities.

I oder a Pad for a gift for me Son using Card. after 2 weeks of asking for different documents from me . they ask for NIC for my kid who is 2 years old bcoz i put his name on receiver as it was his gift . They never pick up the call never replay your email . for Refund they told me to talk to my bank . Money already left my bank and is with your bank so why don't you talk to your bank .Lazy people running bad site . save your time and money ..stay away from them .

Very very very irresponsible and the worst online shopping website in the pakistan that i have ever used. I have bought a phone. i paid with credit card. payment was done using 3ds secure payment system. in this kind of payment it is impossible to use any credit card that is not yours and they have taken three weeks to verify the payment. frankly now after three weeks payment is still not verified. so i would advise never use this useless and stupid shopping website.

I was supposed to receive my order…
I was supposed to receive my order within 3-4 working days but it has been more than 7-8 working days and I have not received my order yet. I emailed them and they ask me to wait for another 3-4 days. They are very unprofessional.
Even my friend advised me not to use iShopping.pk because he ordered the product and paid the advance payment after 2.5 months they said product can't be delivered. My friend had to cancel the order refund policy took 3 months.
Try your best to avoid shopping from iShopping.pk.
