Great value and customer service
Competitive pricing and excellent customer service (highly responsive to request, timely processing and delivery).
I've recommended this company to others as I was so impressed with them. No excuses with COVID19 situation as other companies does to justify lack of response or delays, instead they got on with business professionally - I bought my monitor on the weekend and received it interstate within the week, with constant communication on status of my order. great customer service
I ordered a laptop and when it arrived it was not the colour I was expecting. I dealt with customer service over email who explained that the laptop only came in one colour, which I wasn’t happy with, as I wanted a silver one, not white. After some back and forth on the subject, the sales guy allowed me to return the laptop for a full refund and also covered the postage fees, even though I had already opened the box. The customer service was professional and I would return shop knowing that this is a good company that cares about their customers and reputation. Thanks again for being understanding and flexible.
