Very bad service after sale

Very bad service after sale - unprofessional- Bought a chair with missing 2 support rubbers - the chair was unstable- they proposed a discount of 4$ on next order !!!

0 stars — Broken robot vacuum, useless support, and no real solution from Ishtari.com

I am posting this because my experience with Ishtari.com and their support team was absolutely terrible.

I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner and received it on 02/03/2026. At first, I tested it about five times, and it worked great. Then, very soon after that, it completely stopped vacuuming. It still moved around, but it was not sucking anything at all. It became useless.

I contacted support, and the first thing I was told was that more than 3 days had passed, so they could not refund it after 3 days. Instead, they said they could “support” me by taking it, showing it to their experts, fixing it, and returning it to me. I thought about it and said no, because I had already paid around $55, and I was not going to pay more money to repair a product that already looked like trash. I also did not want to pay the $8 delivery fee for that.

After about one day, she called me again. I told her directly that it was not worth losing more money on a trash product that they sold me, especially if it had to be disassembled and might get even more damaged. She kept saying their experts were very good, that they would fix it, and that they would do a full checkup if anything was wrong. She repeated that all I had to do was pay the delivery fee. In the end, she convinced me to send it.

The delivery guy came, took it to the repair place, and after a few days they returned it in the exact same condition. It was still not fixed. It was still not vacuuming. It was still not sucking anything at all.

I contacted support again and told her the issue was still there and not fixed. At that point, it really felt like I had been scammed. She said no, sir, and asked me to record a video. I recorded one showing clearly that the robot was not sucking anything.

She still was not convinced, so she asked for another video with tissues placed in front of the robot. I did that too. Then she made me record about six videos in total, showing everything, including the robot’s trash bin drawer where the dirt is supposed to collect. It was completely empty before and after, and it was still completely empty. The robot was not collecting anything at all.

After all those videos, she finally got convinced and said she would check with the repair/technical team. About an hour later, she came back and said they told her I should make the robot go over the dirt a few times and then it would work. That logic makes no sense. It honestly felt like they were just trying to wear me down until I got tired and stopped asking for support.

I kept going. I showed her the robot going over cat hair, dirt, sugar, tissues, and everything else I could use to prove the issue. Then she came up with another excuse: she said that if the robot is not fully charged, it will not suck so much. I told her it was fully charged, and that I did not even care if it did not suck “so much” — it was not sucking anything at all. I also pointed out again that the dust bin was empty, so the issue was obvious.

On Saturday, 18 April 2026, she said “Will check,” and then she never replied again.

Terrible support. Low-quality product. Waste of money. I do not recommend buying from Ishtari.com.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Business!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this online store. They completely ripped me off with inflated prices and provided misleading information through their customer service. Instead of receiving my actual order, they sent me a completely different package, which was missing a major item. To make matters worse, they charged me more than what I originally ordered.

When I reached out for a refund, their response was unacceptable. They simply offered to waive delivery fees on my next order instead of resolving the issue at hand. This is nothing short of a scam, and now I’m stuck with an item I don’t need. I strongly advise against shopping here – save your time, money, and frustration!

I received a moldy item

I received a moldy item. I ordered a water bag that heats up on electricity. I received it, it smell reaks mold, from the packaging I can tell this is an older version of the bag as I have the newer one I bought from a different store, since it’s water inside and old it was moldy! I have severe allergies to mold to where it could kill me, and they didn’t do anything nor did they want to refund. Their customer service is trash like the company.

Terrible experience with Ishtari

Terrible experience with Ishtari. I ordered a set of dining ware, and several items arrived broken. Their customer service is a joke as they don’t answer phone calls, and the only way to reach them is through WhatsApp, where they take hours or even day to reply.

When I asked for an exchange, they refused and only offered a refund, even after I explained that I needed the order. Their attitude was unprofessional, careless, and completely unethical.

Honestly, I regret buying from Ishtari and will never order from them again. Be careful before wasting your time and money with this company.
