I’m giving this company 2 stars. The canvas itself was good quality and it arrived on time, so no issues there. Unfortunately, the background colour was completely different from what was shown online, which was really disappointing.
After contacting customer service, I did receive an email confirming that a replacement would be sent out. However, it’s now been four weeks and I’m still waiting. They’ve taken my money but haven’t provided any resolution.
I’ve tried following up via email and haven’t received any response at all. The lack of communication is frustrating — they’re very quick to take your money, but not quick to respond or deal with problems.
Very poor customer service overall. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I placed an order for prayer beads on 23 March 2025 as an Eid gift for a friend. The website clearly stated that the item would be delivered before Eid. As of 30 May 2025, I have neither received the product nor a refund.

The handling of this order has been completely unprofessional. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution. After reading similar experiences from other customers, it’s clear that this is not an isolated issue.

I strongly advise against ordering from this business.

I hope they receive KARMA!!! Definitely a scam company. I ordered a wall art on January the 5th and cancelled and asked for a refund these LIARS said they would but never did now they do not respond to my emails. I have escalated this to the bank I hope they face karma. Its disgusting they are using Islam to scam innocent people.

Placed an order on the 9th Feb, chased where the order was on 26th Feb, had a response 2nd March to say they sent the order via Fed ex, they will check the status.
Today is the 11th March, I have chased several times and had no response, I still want my order and would really appreciate a response to my email with the tracking number.

I ordered a canvas from the website as I really liked the art work. Unfortunately I received no updates for 2 weeks on my order. I contacted the team via email and received no reply. I also messaged using the online chat on the website and twice I got a reply saying will check the order but no real update or progress was being made. Towards the 4 week mark I contacted them again asking if my order was being dispatched soon and if not I will be cancelling. I received a reply saying it has been sent and was provided with a tracking link to Everi! This was a shock because when I ordered it said the order is delivered by Fedex. Anyway the order arrived and was packaged well. Unfortunately the quality of the canvas is poor! I have not returned it because of the hassle and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from here as I am disappointed by my experience.

put order in on 23/10 nothing till today, no contact, no tracking number and the telephone on the trustpilot is fake as it goes to some financial services company and they said they will contact them to remove their number. typical scum that uses Islam to scam people. Should have searched for the reviews before ordering. will pursue it with my credit card company now to get a refund and hopefully they get what's coming to them.

I am giving an updated review based on how the issue at hand was resolved, there was a delay in the order, sent numerous emails but no response, a bad review on here managed to get a response and for me to receive my item. I would suggest that answer email queries on time and provide realistic time scales, however I am very happy with the picture, so I don't think it's a scam Company, just need to improve it's customer service.

Scam company. Didn't receive the item nor a refund. A fraud was done on our account for £990 conveniently after placing an order with them. Avoid at all costs!

Note to the owners, this world is temporary and hell is everlasting. Good luck and I hope the poxy amount was worth it!

Avoid, Avoid and Avoid. Despite promising a refund and resending the order. Both Never arrived and it is about 8 months now. Its a Scam website.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews below. I have placed an order for 3 items. Total cost of my order was nearly £300.00. I have attempted to establish contact with the seller a number of times for updates on the delivery. Notification on the website states customers would receive an immediate response to messages sent to
the seller but this is simply not true. There is no tracking number provided to track delivery of the items ordered, which is equally frustrating. No one answers the phone when you make contact with the company on the number provided. Also, no response to emails. While I appreciate delivery delays are to be expected and sometimes beyond the sellers control, it is ALWAYS good customer service to remain in contact with customers. After all, without them the business would not succeed. My orders were placed on 28th and 30th December 2022 and have still not arrived. The sole purpose of providing this review is not to criticise the seller but to inform prospective buyers of what they are getting into before purchasing a product from this company. Do you really have the time and energy to keep chasing the seller for an update on the delivery?

I ordered an item from them and was emailed to say it had been dispatched. 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived and no tracking info was provided. Their phone number does not work and they haven’t answered my email either.

Update: item never arrived. Seller did reply to an email to say they would send tracking details but didn’t. After 3 more email requests for tracking details, they issued a refund but without any courtesy email- the refund simply appeared in my account. They never emailed with tracking details despite marking it as shipped, which leaves me thinking it was never actually posted.

Crystal clear arts with great calligraphic expertise. I'm in love with all the masterpieces and will purchase them from here again.
