Highly recommend using ‘Islamic Fatwa Council’ for Divorce needs.

I came across them during my online search for ‘top rated Sharia Councils.’ I approached them with confidence after reading many great reviews & truly hoped to experience the same - Alhamdulillah I did!

Prior to reading the reviews, as a Female, I was dreading going through this process, due to terrible stories and experiences I’ve heard from other people with different Councils. However, Islamic Fatwa Council have truly instilled faith in me due to my positive experience.

I contacted them via Whatsapp first with a few questions that were answered quickly and I submitted my ‘Faskh al-Nikah’ application thereafter. My application was acknowledged and responded to on the very same day! I was seriously impressed with the efficiency and great communication.

4 weeks later, my Marriage was dissolved & I received my Divorce certificate.

Good people, they may delay getting back but it's because they have other cases but they get your problems solved and are lovely and fair . Just have to be patient.

My case worker was very nice brother Imam habeeb he was very understanding and helpful, I struggled a lot with emotional pain of khlua as I didn’t understand the process etc and emotionally wasn’t well and my health hasn't been the best . But the whole team made my process easy and quick. I would definitely recommend them, but pray no one has to take this route as it is heartbreaking. May Allah Almighty make it easy for us, all Ameen .

This service is an excellent resource for both women and men seeking a straightforward divorce without unnecessary delays. From reading other experiences, it’s often clear that the challenges arise when some men refuse to grant a divorce. Unfortunately, this can leave women with no choice but to turn to Shariah councils for support. At times, certain men use divorce as a means of control, refusing to release their wives even though, in Islam, men are permitted to remarry, while women are unable to move forward without their divorce being finalized.

Very quick process alhamdulillah and without any fuss. Took around or less than 5 weeks overall for my khula to be granted. Submitted the form on their website and Imam Habeeb reached out to me to discuss further, after payment the process was underway immediately with a notice being served the same day. Very professional, and hassle free compared to a lot of other options I saw online. Very grateful for their service.
