It's a scam run by people without moral integrity. A female relative had approached them (considering them to be a bona-fide service) for khula application in the heat of the moment.
They exploited the vulnerable lady. Deprived her of her money and created a bogus threat letter with fake reasons (which were not presented by the lady) in the name of khula application.
They have no moral or legal standing. Please avoid them. Save your time, money and relations.
A respectable and responsible person / institution with authority will try to resolve issues; instead of exploiting the situation for profit. And no respectable person / institution will create a threat letter with fake reasons, just to profit from a vulnerable female.
A law suit is already under process to bring their malpractices to justice.

Absolute money making scam, who happily conduct illegal Islamic divorces. who hand out divorces/fatwas for fun. You need to shutdown your money making system and direct people to the British legal system.
I also see alot of women approach and use your service, has it ever dawned on you morons that most of these are foreigners now separated scrounging from the British benefits system, that feeds/clothes and provides them, but yet when it comes to divorces they play the Big islamic sympathetic divorce card and also finance vultures like you from the same system. Have some moral dignity and shut down your money making racket before someone else does and you embarrass the lot of us.

Also do us all a favour, even though they may be your best customers, for god-sake stop supporting these foreign people who are coming to you for divorces they are nothing but con artists who only use Islam when its suits them.

Imam Ahmed handled my request for divorce and although there was initially a delay, I appreciated that they did eventually handle my case very well and I was granted the divorce. They were empathetic to my experience after 10 years of a highly toxic and abusive marriage and it felt validating to be heard and believed. I trust that as they gain more experience delivering divorce and marriage services that their business processes will become more streamlined inshAllah. JazakAllah khair to the team at IFC!

Thank you to Junaid for a quick and efficient service at the islamic fatwa council. He dealt with my Khula process from start to finish and always kept me updated at all times. Messages and phone calls were always responded to in minutes, I had clear and professional responses from him and he really understood my side of the story. I'm glad Junaid dealt with my process as he came across like a friend more then a scary imam who tries to tell you off he made me feel very comfortable and at ease knowing i can truly speak to him without hesitance. Junaid was also a very positive and bubbly person which also makes it so easy to speak to him. Overall I am very satisfied with my service and highly recommend islamic fatwa to anyone.

I found Junaid Khan to be an extremely unprofessional, rude, provocative, arrogant and egotistical business man. Nothing Islamic about the way he conducted himself with me. It seems as though this is a money making scheme where Junaid Khan profits from dissolving marriages for cash without following or upholding an Islamic process. Please avoid if you don't want to create further problems for yourselves.
Charged my wife £350 to file a divorce, there was no refund even though no service was provided and she withdrew the proceedings.
Please avoid this disgraceful business man guised as "Islamic Fatwa council"

After finding the Islamic fatwa council on Google , I spoke to brother Junaid who actually spoke good English and could lighten our conversation and explain everything to him about wanting a Khulla , he was so understanding and tried to get to the bottom of the issues that me and my husband were having, my marriage was mentally draining, and he reassured me of the best outcome, my khulla is nearly done, much appreciations to brother Junaid who made it easy and simple for me, I would definitely recommend this council anytime. If you women out there are suffering, and want the process smooth and without complications they can do it for you without any hassle. Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

I accessed this service as a last resort. My mental health was at its worst. I’ve been desperately trying to gain support from family and external organisations to end a toxic and damaging marriage of 18yrs.

And then I spoke to brother Junaid, Alhamdulilah. I instantly knew I had spoken to someone who was fully aware of the service that the Islamic Fatwa can provide and that I won’t need to go any further to achieve the outcome I prayed for. Throughout the weeks, brother Junaid promptly replied to my requests for updates and any conversations we had left me feeling reassured and relieved.

I cannot thank brother Junaid enough, and my heartfelt duahs & thanks to Islamic Fatwa for helping me achieve what everyone else had been unable to for so long. In shaa Allah this mental detachment from my ex now that my marriage has been officially dissolved means I can start healing inside out. It’s been a very difficult couple of years Alhamdulillah, Allah swt led me to your team of professionals knowing that you would be able to assist me. I am grateful Alhamdulillah.

I am very disappointed with this service as they do not listen to both sides of the story they purely favour one side and it is a money making scheme that destroys people marriages instead of trying to resolve matters they have no knowledge of deen I tried to ring the brother and he cut my phone off as soon as I told him who I was and said would ring back but did not ever get back in touch with me but instead they have blocked me and said we will only get in touch with you once divorce is finalised nobody is allowed to give divorce on behalf of anyone in Allah's law but this kind of people do just for money they are very unprofessional I do not recommend them.

I cannot thank the Islamic fatwa council enough, may Allah grant them the highest rank of jannah for their understanding and hard work (ameen)..
