Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Never received a bill in the mail. They send invoices via email, I never seen the email and just noticed it the other day. Only time they actually picked up a phone to call me is to tell me my invoice went up. So no courtesy call in order for me to avoid the extra fee, but made sure to call me when they wanted more money. So many companies on long island offer this service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I truly hope the extra $100 you got from me is worth it. Stay far away. You been warned!
