Had a faulty vape and went to the shop to buy a new one. Staff were very quick to point out that product should last longer than I had had it so they kept it overnight to test and when I returned the next day a replacement was given. Really good service and friendly staff. Thank you.

Amazing, can’t believe how quick these guys deliver, it was early hours of the morning and my last vape died on me, so was a bit sceptical but thought same day delivery is a bit much to expect but will give it a go and low and behold just after lunch my vapes arrived, will definitely be using again.

I called the Northampton store today and the person who answered was very helpful with my enquiry

I have ordered twice for delivery now from the Billing store, the first time a few teething issues, but was quickly sorted out, and they went beyond expectation after. My second delivery was perfect and more in every way, and will definately continue to shop here. Delivery drivers very polite also. They have certainly rectified the teething issues above and beyond so thankyou and would highly recommend them.

I couldn't find the eclipse rta anywhere Island vape was the only place that had it in stock. They were extremely helpful with my order it was delivered within 48hrs, I can't thank them enough also there was a couple of testers of eliquid and some cotton as a gift It was a pleasant suprise, I have added them to my favourites and will use them again if your looking for anything vape related try them first very helpful and knowledgeable.

Sooo helpful. I arrived just as the closing time approached but they still took the time to give me advice and assist. The guys in the Northampton shop were so helpful after negative expertises at a different shop over the last few months. Thank you.
