I was a fan of the their festive wear selection even before, however I had a size issue which was very professionally handled by Jawad. Appreciated the customer service. I like what I purchased and will be coming back for more in future.

My husband visited your Ismail Farid store in Karachi recently and honestly the experience was not good. One of your staff salman was quite unprofessional instead of helping he kind of made it seem like my husband couldn’t afford the brand and even pointed him towards cheaper brands. This was really disrespectful and not expected from your store.

Low quality cloth used. Wrinkles while wearing. An hour looks like its been worn for 3 days straight . Very poor quality. Too expensive for what it is. Not coming back.

We ordered my husbands wedding outfit through them. Measurements came out perfect, the salesperson knew exactly how to help us virtually get the best measurements. The outfit itself came even earlier than anticipated and the quality is great. Packaging was good too. Overall would recommend this designer for wedding wear for men!

I had a wonderful experience with Ismail farid for my wedding sherwani and all outfits that I have ordered from them. They make it extremely easy to get your measurements taken, and are very professional throughout. Arrived on time as well. Would definitely order from them again.

Avoid ordering anything from this brand especially if you are overseas. Firstly, the quality is below par. Secondly, poor customer service and forget any returns or exchange even if it's their fault.

Horrible. Don’t order from here if you live abroad, the import fees are through the roof and they do not communicate that with you at all. Customer service was horrid! They didn’t respond and were not helpful at all. Shipping is also atrocious, took over a month just to ship let alone it arriving in my country. All in all it’s a rip off and piss poor brand 😒

Ismail Farid made my sherwani and it was perfect! the quality is great and they shipped it from Pakistan to Ireland safely by DHL!

We bought a suit from you, but it was a really bad experience. The suit was used, there are stains on the cuff, and it has already been worn by someone else. I am really disappointed with your service and will never buy again.

Ismail Farid guided me without hassle through getting the perfect sherwani for my wedding. Helped decide my choice of colour and style, then took accurate measurements via video call and kept me upto date whilst making my sherwani. Easy to deal with from beginning to end and great customer service from Jawad, also speedy delivery to UK. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I ordered a prince coat outfit for my fiancé for our Nikkah, over WhatsApp for international order, and when it arrived, the coat had visible dirt stains along the seams and collar, which made it look dirty and cheap — unacceptable for the price I paid. I had to spend extra money to get it dry cleaned, even though a clean garment should be a basic expectation.

The bigger issue was with the trousers: completely see-through, with no lining at all. You could see the pockets in the front and back, completely ruining the look. It made no sense to pair a see-through white trouser with a short coat like a prince coat — basic design logic was completely missing.

When I raised this with the brand, they initially responded politely and asked me to courier the pants back to Karachi (from Ireland) for a replacement — at my own additional cost. I did this, specifically requesting that the new pants have lining and a slightly looser fit at the thighs. They agreed, but failed to deliver properly.

After waiting for weeks, chasing them, and asking them to send it to my relative before their travel date, they finally dispatched new trousers. When I received them, I was horrified. They had stitched a cheap, plastic-like polyester lining inside — a horrible material that sticks to the skin, makes you sweat even in cold weather, and produces an embarrassing crinkling noise when you move. The new pants were completely unwearable. I couldn't believe they charged me 12,000 PKR for this kind of cheap quality pants.

When I raised this again, instead of admitting their mistake they defended their terrible quality and said it was "premium" fabric — when anyone who wore it could tell it was cheap, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate for the style and purpose. They offered "further assistance," but it felt purely for the sake of appearances rather than a genuine effort to fix anything. If a brand refuses to admit obvious flaws, then any offer to "assist" is meaningless.

On top of this, the lining was poorly attached by hand instead of properly tailoring the trousers again, showing a complete lack of care and craftsmanship.

By that point, my Nikkah was only a few days away — there was no time left to fix anything. We ended up not even using the outfit because it was simply too poorly made and uncomfortable to wear for such an important occasion.

I was so stressed from dealing with them that I refused to waste any more money on shipping the outfit back or time on chasing them. I just wanted to be done with this horrible experience.

In the end, I wasted a huge amount of money, time, and effort — all for an outfit that looks decent only in photos but is absolutely awful to wear. This brand clearly only designs clothes for photoshoots, not for real-life wear.

They claim to be a premium brand but fail miserably at providing basic quality or customer satisfaction. Their customer service is nice on the surface but ultimately useless if they can't fix obvious problems.

Save your money and avoid this scam. I will not be ordering again and will be warning all friends and family to stay away. Overpriced, poor quality, no accountability — a complete waste.

I tried ordering stuff from them over WhatsApp. Their staff is incredibly unprofessional and it took 3 weeks to get a basic response. Subsequent responses would take 3 days each. I decided to go with Republicbespoke which was much more responsive, reasonable and professional. Stay away.

They made my wedding sherwani and it is literally perfect! the quality is great and they shipped it from Pakistan to USA safely and smoothly

On Feb 14-2024 i placed online order for 7 mens dresses order # ISF4691 . First of all it's unbelievable that they never processed my order and i came to know after I tracked my order . Please read that This merchant web site is deceptive. They have mentioned that they accept COD on online orders but they refused my order until i send them a bank transfer . The reason they gave me that they do not Do COD above 30000 Pk Rs due to security reasons from courier company and my order was over 30000 PkRs . I am ok with that but they have not mentioned this amount limit on COD when customer is ordering online and website accepts the order . Furthermore They only accept Discover card and 2 other Japanese card issuers for cr card - a big inconvenience , because limited number of buyers use discover credit card , that exactly happend with me I dont have discover card and thats why i chose to opt for COD . This makes me believe that merchant has done this deliberately , their ulterior motive is that majority customers should send bank transfers only , so that their payments are secured . Having said that since I placed my order, after 2/3 days i just tracked my order and the status was not accepted , i was shocked because i wanted my order before a certain date , my 3 days wasted and I am now trying to reach out to their customer service via wats app number , leaving voice mails , insta , chat help line , i only got 1 reply that Maam we cannot process your order please send money in bank acct , sent me an MCB bank account with name " Clothing Factory " ( not even business name on bank acct , who can trust this? ) . Highly unprofessional, deceiving merchant. The customer service is worse . I am still going through so much stress due to my waste of time and effort . I warn all customers to be very cautious before ordering online . They never processed my order !!! While i was waiting for my order . Online customers are ok with cr card payments , but then why their web accept order and send confirmation emails with order number when actually the orders are never processed . Ismail Farid You are wasting peoples time and deceiving , lying to your customers !!!!!!

Tried placing an order with this company in Dec. 22 & had difficulty in making payment on their site. Payment was eventually accepted after few attempts & garments delivwered.

In July '23 I tried placing another order & Website kept rejecting payment. The company was informed via Whatapp and I was told that issue would be resolved. After 7 days I managed to place the order and payment went through but merchant did not collect payment in time so it was cancelled by my bank. I informed the company on Whatapp and guess what they said it would be sorted.
