Rules get changed by seeing the person face
Really bad experience from isolatiecentraal team
We had a house isolation from above team and the experience was really bad. the team was not supportive at all and had to pay the invoice twice because of that. First time, When we had appointment the team arrived on time but But i had to remove my cars to park there vehicles but the Team was not ready to wait for 15 mins and said as parking is not ready we can not do it and left the place. After one hour I received the full amount invoice without doing anything. It was a mental trouble to explain the situation and finally I paid the invoice (It was reduced to half though - Thanks for that at least).
Second time, we had another appointment and then what - the team did not show up for the full day and no one informed that they will not come ? I was asked to be ready and I was waiting for whole day ? It seems my time has no value to them ? No one contacted.
Third time - It went well and I again paid the invoice.
Now today I saw, my neighbor also doing the wall cavity insolation and now what they parked the vehicle middle of the road for complete work. does the rules changes by seeing the person (Native - non Native )? It was not good behavior at all.
