My package says delivery may be delayed…

My package says delivery may be delayed due to public authority. It has a three week arrival date and an exclamation point with triangle saying problem. Meanwhile I have called this company over ten times to get an answer. No customer service people working. This is awful. Write several emails no response. Looks like I need to call better business bureau if I don’t hear back in 24 hours. Lousy company. Shophq. Is usually where I purchase these items but decided this time to purchase it off their website. Dud to say the least
