I've ordered from the Stoke branch 4 times. Everytime there is an issue, however the last time was the worst. I ordered a poke bowl, to takeaway. The lady serving used the same gloves she was using to prepare food, to touch all the screen and the card machine, leaving visablr grease on it all. I could hear a microwave going but didn't think much of it. I walked back to my car, drove home and went to eat it, about an hour after purchase and it was so hot still, the salmon was half cooked/ half raw. The poke bowl was supposed to be cold/ chilled. I couldn't eat anything. What's more disappointing (because mistakes happen) is I've tried to contact the store and company to explain the issue, on their website, email and social media but they've just ignored me.
Avoid with all costs if you value not getting food poisoning and poor customer service.

Don’t bother, menu looked appealing and good value but when it takes 2.5hrs to receive your food, trust me it isn’t worth the wait.

Ordered via just eat. Food never got delivered whilst on app says delivered. Called the restaurant and representative was extremely rude on phone. Not even a word of apology and said they have other customers to attend to also. When challenged on his behaviour, his response was 'I'll cancel your order and you can ask justeat for refund'. Pathetic service.

First impressions the layout was nice not really welcoming. We ordered food and drinks which was pretty easy, drinks came out less one, food then came out still missing one of our drinks so asked the waiter and was told they didn’t have that drink available! So ordered something else but later found out they charged us for the drink they didn’t have in stock and I never had! Food wise I had chicken teriyaki which was ok but chicken was a little hard, I also had the tuna and salmon sushi box it was pretty bad and not nice at all, others ordered sushi and two orders came on one plate which was confusing as we had no idea what or who’s was what. Overall disappointing experience and would not really recommend.

Ordered sushi for takeaway and was really impressed. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and it arrived quickly too. What really stuck with me though was the handwritten note that came with it wishing me a good week , such a thoughtful touch that you don’t see often. It made the whole experience feel a bit more personal and special. Little things like that go a long way. Will definitely be ordering again!

Me and my daughter always love the food from iso it’s our favourite place to order from every time! My daughter absolutely loves the sushi and loaded fries , I love the katsu chicken curry with rice. Always delivered hot too and the lady in the shop sent us a really nice note which was lovely. Thank you iso for always great food and lovely service 🥳

The sushi is always fresh, delicious and reasonably priced.
I've ordered multiple times and would be happy to do it again.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and deliberated long and hard about which takeaway, ordered sushi from Stourbridge and there was a HAIR in it. I rang them straight away.
Iso sushi refused to replace the meal and refused to refund the meal.
Disgusting.
Unacceptable.

There are a number of things you look for in a meal; quality, taste, promptness, efficiency and good service. Iso Sushi Walsall provided all these and more - from a callback to ask if we would like our order delivered earlier to the polite and timely delivery of our meal. The food was very tasty, plentiful and hot. Very good value and we will be using Iso Sushi again, although it may take some time to try everything on the menu. Highly recommended.

When my order was actually done I asked the lady to make sure I had soy wasabi and ginger

No wasabi which when added to the dish makes it flavoursome!

Not impressed that they skimped on a tiny pack of wasabi when I paid 12.95 chicken gyoza ramen and chips and picked it up ! And the chips serving was ridiculous too

oor customer service and experience. My wife’s order was wrong and my order contained undercooked chicken, however the shop insisted on the food being collected for due diligence, and then a fresh meal was issued questioning our integrity. We finally ate three hours after the original order was placed. Following good prior experiences, sadly we won’t be ordering from this establishment again

Having had a mediocre experience couple of years back, thought to give it a go again as i was close by. I tried some sushi box and ramen noodle. Glad to know they have changed a lot and their food tastes way better than how it was. Will definately use it when i move near to this place at isleworth.

Came to England to visit some family in Wolverhampton and Had an amazing experience at IsoSushi. I shared Chicken Gyozas for a starter with an 8 piece California Iso dish. They were both beautiful and my main was even better. I had their specialist Chicken Katsu Curry. Portions were huge and fairly reflect on the price you pay! Definitely matches some of the big chain Japanese restaurants in the US

Very poor ‘Japanese’ food from the Wolverhampton branch of the restaurant.

Visited one weekday evening to have a rare meal out, away from the kids, with the other half. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Had Katsu Prawns to start, which were actually fairly decent apart from there was hardly any Katsu ‘dressing’ on them. The real letdowns were the drinks and the mains.

For some reason their drinks selection was tiny and had absolutely no Japanese drinks on whatsoever which flabbergasted me really. For our mains we both had Ramen as we love the dish........normally. Iso’s version was unfortunately salty, over-spiced, completely lacking in veg apart from some cabbage and from being filling let’s say!

Having been to Japan and had the ‘real’ thing I know Japanese food in the UK may not sometimes cut the mustard but this was a poor, poor showing indeed. I never thought I’d say this but just go to Yo! Sushi

Only saving grace was the lady serving us - she was nice!

I am a ramen fan and have tasted many delicious recipes all over Europe. I also had the pleasure of eating at a restaurant in Amsterdam in Ledseplien that exclusively serve Ramen.

I had ramen served at the Isleworth Iso Sushi 181 Twickenham Road, Isleworth, London, XGL TW7 6AB.

Simply the worst ramen I have ever tasted and I do not exaggerate. The chicken ramen had no chicken, only dumplings that had something similar to chicken inside. The broth was weak and could have been made with hot water and powdered mix. There were no fresh vegetables. The Ramen (spaghetti like pasta) was few and not in any way similar to the excellent ramen I have had elsewhere.

Very small portion that the "chef" said would fill me up. For £9.99 it was a total rip off.

I will never eat at this tiny take away ever again. Maybe their sushi is good but I won't bother to try after this disappointment.
