The best Hot Tub service I have ever had a chance to meet, full of professionalism and specific services, the most important thing is that you can call any problem and receive helpful tips. I came across these guys accidentally in a group I'm in on Facebook and spotted he covered the Isle of Man (I can't find anyone that does hot tubs in the Isle of Man) anyway messaged the guy explaining the problem he basically told me that it was non fixable and offered me a new liner for a great price before this I was debating getting rid of my hot tub as I didn't have the time to try and attempt to fix it but this guy saved my hot tub and now I am enjoying it again definitely recommend

In my own experience one of the best people to deal with, had a slight issue with the tub supplied, but ISPA sent a new tub out, kept in contact all the way through and were very helpful, would recommend to anyone wish to purchase a first class recondition tub, a pleasure to deal with

I took my Cleverspa down to be repaired as it was out of warrantee, had a puncture and an issue with the motor.
When I spoke to Chris on the phone he was very confident that they would sort both quickly.
I took the spa down to them, they are in a really convenient location, just off the M55.
A couple of days later it was ready for me to collect.
They showed me the spa inflated with the punctures fixed.
I can’t recommend ISPA enough to anyone with a faulty hot tub.

I can’t say enough on how good the service was, made the whole thing a worry free experience. Delivery & collection sorted, good communication throughout & a quick turnaround.

Excellent service. The repair was superb, quick, and all far more reasonable priced than I'd have got with Canadian Spa. I can't recommend ISPA highly enough. My Swift current pump is now running better than ever.

Chris was a true gent after telling me my inflatable hot tub was unfixable after dropping it if and chris inspecting it, i ask chris if he could mybe find me i new one a better quality hot tub, chris went above and beyond to get me a new suitable one that was a lot better at a really good price, i really recommend chris and his services... Fantastic hot tub at great price, delivered swiftly.
Bought refurbished Canadian spa Grand Rapids great price and fantastic condition.
Had an issues setting pump and heater up, guys what’s app video messaged me, and although they could not figure a solution, they did send me out a replacement unit and arranged delivery and collection of the old unit free of charge.
Could not recommend these guys enough.
Highly recommended buy with confidence that these guys have your back and will look after you.
