This is the coolest program I have ever seen. I have not yet closed a deal but it wont be long. They have the coupon club where u can purchase leads for a really good price for what they are offering. Its really people who actually really wanna teach you and help you make something of your self. I love the most how they have weekly webinar where people such as RJ BATES AND JERRY NORTON These gentleman take time away from there families to show us teach us and even help find a buyer help u find a good deal or find u a buyer while on the webinar..Come on how dope is that And there not just gurus who charge u $1000's of dollars for there knowledge just cause they can. About 90 of there information is free or super affordable.. Im a person who is all about action and they live up to it. definitely worthwhile
I've been using ISTL for leads for a few months now. And Have some pretty good success. I've gotten a couple under contract that have definitely made me a profit over my costs. In addition, I love the fact that if a lead isn't legit, they've been great at refunding me.

ISTL is the gold standard for PPL in the Real Estate Investing space. Their website and app user interface is top notch. Their team is super helpful with customer support and their free webinars and coaching calls are very helpful.
