iSpring water filter

I bought this iSpring water filter to replace my Berkey system, and I couldn’t be happier with the change.

The water tastes incredibly clean and fresh, and our family is actually drinking more water since installing it. The improvement in taste is very noticeable.

One thing I didn’t expect is that I barely use my kettle anymore because my tea tastes noticeably better with using hot water straight from the filter.

Overall, this has been an excellent purchase. The system works beautifully, the water tastes amazing, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality. Highly recommend!

We are loving our whole house system

We are loving our whole house system! I no longer smell chlorine or taste metal in our water. It even seems softer but maybe that's a placebo effect as my peace of mind has greatly improved with having iSpring filter all the bad stuff from our water. Teehee. Our plumber liked it so much he's getting one for his home. Our son will be getting a system as well. The registration process for a 3 yr warranty is simple. Jonathan Hertz responded to us to confirm our warranty and registration. Thank you for your product and for your attention to customer service.

Ordered iSpring ROS system from Amazon

Ordered iSpring ROS system from Amazon, had plumber install took 1 hour, it operates efficiently and quietly, no leaks! Checked water particle reading it was 24 at 6 weeks after install!
Jonathan Hertz is our customer service rep and he recorded out warranty! Satisfied to date with this system and companies follow up!

About 1.5 hours to install no leaks. Instructions could be better. Still having difficulty finding out how to install T33post carbon filter. Better instructions or video would help. Being a senior with no plumbing experience I am happy that no leaks were found when water was turned on

Quality product and service exceeded expectations!We're on a well and bought an iSpring…

We're on a well and bought an iSpring filter last year because our well puts out a lot of fine sediment (mud). For the most part, it works great and can keep up with the sediment with a daily flush (the automatic flush feature is great and was one of the primary reasons we bought this filter). But after a power outage, the well pumps a lot of mud and the filter can't keep up without taking it out and cleaning it. This is the fault of our well, not the filter.

We recently had a power outage while I was out of town and my wife tried to clean the filter. In the process, she damaged the bypass valve and broke the filter wrench (don't ask). I contacted iSpring to order replacement parts, fully expecting to pay for them. They responded quickly, but instead of charging me, they sent the parts for free!

They make a high quality product and their customer service goes beyond what other companies provide and really sets them apart.

I’m a licensed plumber who purchased…

I’m a licensed plumber who purchased this for my home. I was very impressed with the build quality of this unit, it’s very heavy duty. I purchased the three stage unit and the shipping weight was 60lbs! The cartridges were substantial too, and only need to be replaced once a year. My wife and I noticed a difference in the taste of our water right away. This filter is a good value and would recommend to anyone.

iSpring quality equipment & superb after sales service

I bought an iSpring 7-stage R/O system in 2020. It has run faultlessly with only routine filter, membrane and u/v replacements until last month, when a solenoid valve developed a small leak. Quick communications with iSpring and a replacement was sent to me free of charge. So… quality kit, great tasting water and superb after sales!

Quick replacement of damaged parts

I had my filter shipped to me and apparently it was dropped along the way and the wrench and filter housing both were damaged. I contacted their customer service and within a day the replacements were on their way to me. Great customer service. Thanks

RO5004F Easy to Install and Works Great After 6 Months

I have been using the RO5004F for about 6 months. It was very easy to install. It feels great every time I turn on the faucet, knowing that it releases only a very small amount of wastewater because it has a pump, which is pretty quiet.
One thing to be aware of during first-time use is to make sure you turn the valve all the way open. I somehow only opened it halfway, so there wasn’t enough pressure. It took me a while to figure out why it was only releasing drain water while all the lights were beeping.
The system is now reminding me to change one of the filters. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

I ordered my 7-Stage filtration system…

I ordered my 7-Stage filtration system from iSpring Water Systems. They provide very detailed installation instructions, which made the setup quick and easy.
After installation, I started noticing a strange taste in the water that did not go away even after flushing the system multiple times. I reached out to iSpring customer service for help, and one of their team members, Julius, assisted me through the process.
Julius patiently walked through every step with me, asked thoughtful questions to understand the root cause, and immediately took action to address the issue. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure nothing was left unresolved. He even proactively helped identify which filters might need adjustment or replacement.
Thanks to his support, the issue was resolved and now we have great-tasting water that our whole family enjoys.
Thank you, Julius and the iSpring team, for the excellent customer service.

Amazing product really

Amazing product really! In 2 weeks the filter not only improved the water by 100% but also was cleaning pipe and faucet corrosion build up as the water was used. Seamless operation, quiet, easy installation and to top it off, the product came with a 3 year extended warranty at no charge. Only time will tell how well it continues to operate, but as of now 5 star product and performance. Sean who helped with the warranty was prompt and friendly.

I highly recommend the iSpring RCC…

I highly recommend the iSpring RCC Series Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System.
Been wanting this system after tasting the water from a friend who has it. The BEST Tasting Water!!! I had a question and Julius from iSpring quickly responded and answered my question. He also assisted me with registering my system for the Warranty. Excellent customer service!
