I recently purchased a reverse osmosis filtration system from iSpring and have been very happy with both the product and the overall experience.

I did run into a small issue with the faucet, but when I contacted customer service, Lauren responded quickly and immediately understood what I needed. She was professional, supportive, and efficient in resolving the situation. She provided a clear solution right away and arranged for a replacement part at no cost, which I really appreciated.

It’s not just the quality of the system that stands out, but also the level of customer care. Lauren delivered truly excellent service, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with iSpring and would confidently recommend them based on both product quality and outstanding customer support.

My system was leaking at the housing lid so I contacted customer support and Jonathan took great care of me. He had a new housing out to me right away. Great customer service Jonathan.

I installed the RCC7AK myself and it took me a few hours. I have no real plumbing experience - the video guides were some of the best I've used when installing things to our home. It guided you step by step and was easy to follow along.

The water quality itself is noticeable immediately. We compared out fridge, sink, and the RO system and you could tell which was which... easily. It's crisp and so refreshing. Super excited to have it installed in a state, where the water quality isn't the best (Iowa).

Great filter system, well made, good packaging etc.
My filter has automated clean out valve that did not completly close leaving a trickle off water entering the drain. Jonathan at isprings sent out a new auto flush module promptly. overall good product. Good service

The RO membrane I needed had been out of stock for months and when I contacted iSpring to see when it would be back in stock, I was not only given a date, Julius informed me that they would be sending me a courtesy membrane for inconvenience.

We bought a house with a sediment filter. After an extensive remodel the wrench to remove the glass to change the sediment filter was missing. From what I can tell these wrenches are not sold as they only come with a new filter. I contacted iSpring Water Systems and explained my situation and Francis is sending me a courtesy wrench. I am so grateful!

I have purchased the US21B filter and its FC15B- PB and FG15B- KS replacement cartridges multiple times from iSpring.
Julius has been very helpful in answering any questions pertaining to filters that would meet my specific needs and requirements. They have excellent customer service.

Great customer service

I had a slight issue after 3 years of ownership and Jonathan solved my problem and took care of me like I just got it yesterday. Absolutely fantastic company, top tier customer service and I will absolutely buy from them again when I want to upgrade!

I bought a two stage carbon block + Iron manganese filter system. Immediately I could see a difference in my water. The carbon block filter was damaged in its packaging and a piece was cracked out of it. Customer service was spectacular and sent a replacement. Thanks Julius for all your help. 5 star service. I will send another review once I complete a water test to see the difference it is making and how long the filters last.

I absolutely love my system and I had a slight issue where my 2nd canister was leaking and Jonathan was so helpful and knowledgeable as to what and why and sent out a new housing for the filter the product itself it’s remarkable and Jonathan was great

I have been using the iSpring reverse osmosis water filtration system for several years. I first purchased a system about seven years ago for my home in Las Vegas, where the water contains high levels of calcium and chlorine. The iSpring RO system made an immediate difference—the water tastes significantly better.

More recently, I added a mineral filter, which restores beneficial minerals to the water and further improves the taste. While some people criticize reverse osmosis systems for wasting water, I’ve addressed this by routing the outflow from my kitchen to my yard to help water my plants.

When I shared my idea for recycling the wastewater with Sean at iSpring, he was incredibly supportive and even sent me extra tubing to run the line through my kitchen wall. I was so satisfied with the system that I purchased a second iSpring RO unit for my vacation home in Florida. Both systems have been easy to install, and the customer support has been excellent.

Laurence, the technical representative with whom I have communicated, was very quick to reply to an email inquiry and provided very useful information on their products! I have yet to use them, but initial customer service has been top notch!

I am a home builder and have purchased the iSpring whole house sediment filter for 6 homes so far.

The product is excellent and works great for houses that are built with well water. I would highly recommend.
