I have never trusted ordering anything from overseas, IDS is definitely your going to for hard to sorse parts. Their customer support is top notch, just keep in mind the time difference and the conflict going on. They will reply as soon as they can. Shipping is faster than expected once the funds were collected. I am truly impressed with the communication and service that I received. Definitely a awsome company.

It’s been almost over a month have received any updates on my order no tracking number there quick to take the money but not to update you send you something that doesn’t feel like a scam i recommend ordering from somewhere else

I ordered my watch from israel defense store, based in Israel, in the middle of the latest Iran war and during Passover holiday.

Despite missles flying over the skies, restrictions on incoming and outgoing flights, and the country on holiday, my watch was still mailed out far overseas and arrived in perfect condition.

While it did take some time to recieve my order due to the above factors, there are bigger concerns in life, and Israel's security situation helps to put life's more important priorities into perspective.

Israel Defense Store is terrible. Don't buy from them. You'll end up having to pay an import fee to a country that we give thirty billion dollars a year to. And if you refuse the package and want to return it, you are charged a restocking fee on top of being stuck, paying the import fee and return shipping. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Also, they wouldn't even do anything else in any other aspect. To make this situation better.

I purchased accessories for an AR-15 rifle. I made more than one purchase at different times. Even living in Brazil, I was impressed by the attention and care in providing excellent service.

All my questions were answered, and their commitment to resolving problems was extraordinary, even with Israel going through extremely difficult times.

I highly recommend this company and will certainly buy from their store again.

At first, I had a little difficulty with getting the pistol seated in the unit. It was my error. The support team was very patient and talked me through the installation. The conversion kit is an awesome addition to a collection and makes a great home defense weapon.
I shoot a .40 caliber. There is absolutely no recoil. The weapon stays on target very well. I give it 5 stars

I’ve purchased items from Israel Defense Store since 2018 and I can honestly say they are the best group of people and the best company I have ever dealt with. They have always responded back very fast with answers to any questions I may have and I trust them completely. The gear they offer is the highest quality and there has never been any lingering doubt in the back of my mind as to whether or not I’m going to have to compensate for any problems that may occur, or if the gear might fail me at the worst possible moment. That alone is worth everything. There is no thinking about it, I just go, and it brings me back home again. I’m thankful every day to everyone there and to all the people building the gear you offer. It means more than you could ever know.

I buy accessories from IDF. Mainly because of the color options (like FDE or Green) of Fab Defense gear, which are unavailable in my country, and the favorable price. I've been buying them for several years now, and I recommend them!

Good stuff, and large choices of items. Especially with a little accessories that I couldn't find in my country.
