Even while coordinating everything from the USA, she designed the entire package based on my donor and recipient areas with great attention to detail.

She arranged everything seamlessly, including airport transfers, hotel accommodations, clinic transportation, pre- and post-surgery guidance, and even hotel extensions when needed. An ultimate and first-class recommendation for hair implantation. Outstanding, professional work by the entire team, the doctor, the assistants and the secretarial staff. I greatly admire how skilfully, quickly and precisely they work. The procedure is discussed in detail with the team and the patient personally and in a very understandable manner. On 18 October 2025, I (I am a doctor myself in Switzerland) had a large number of high-quality grafts implanted. The recommended hotel was spacious and very suitable, and the transfers were perfectly organised and on time. The clinic is highly experienced and offers outstanding pre- and post-operative care. An absolutely safe choice!

Eine ultimative und erstklassige Empfehlung für die Haarimplantation. Herausragende, professionelle Arbeit des ganzen Teams, des Arztes, der Assistentinnen und des Sekretariats. Ich bewundere sehr wie geschickt schnell und präzise sie arbeiten. Das Vorgehen wird im Team und mit dem Patienten persönlich und sehr verständlich besprochen. An einem Tag 18. Oktober 2025 wurde bei mir (ich bin selbst Arzt in der Schweiz) eine grosse Anzahl von Setzlingen in einer sehr guten Qualität implantiert. Das empfohlene Hotel war grosszügig und sehr gut geeignet und die Transfers in time perfekt organisiert. Hier wird mit einer grossen Erfahrung, Vor- und Nachsorge gearbeitet. Vorbehaltlos eine sichere Wahl!

From the very beginning she was extremely kind, resourceful, helpful, reassuring and professionnal, I cannot thank her enough for everything she's done for me from the moment I reached out to her. I was referred to Nafissa by friends that had the procedure done a few months ago, they told me she was fantastic at what she does and I definitely second that. Your kindness and accessibility was and still is greatly appreciated as we keep in touch even after the procedure.

The Vita clinic was referred to me by some good friends that had been there previously. They did an exceptionally great job in every aspect of the experience from airport transfers, rides to clinic and return to hotel after the work was done, very friendly owner and many knowledgeable staff that really made a seamless transition one after another.

I had my hair transplant and all on 6 dental implants. I was skeptical at first about getting anything done. But after speaking with Rafia I felt very confident with getting the procedures done. She was definitely the person to go talk to if your thinking about getting anything done. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to the concerns of the clients. The other staff are helpful as well. But because of Rafia going above and beyond her job requirements I will be returning to Vita for any other procedures I need in the future.
