Zeer slechte zaak
Zeer slechte zaak. Heb een boxspring gekocht is al bij binnekomst aan het kraken. Je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd maar iemand laten kijken ho maar. Matras die 5 jaar garantie heeft is al binnen jaar ingezakt maar wordt niet vervangen. Van de vijf mensen die ik ken die ook hetzelfde probleem hebben met zowel het boxspring als het matras zijn niet geholpen. Zeer slechte zaak

Bu mağaza ile ilgili yaşadığım alışveriş deneyimini sizinle de paylaşmak istiyorum ki aynı hatayı sizde yapmayın.
Buradan bir adet baza ve yatak satın aldım. Gelen bazanın sandık bölümünde kırık vardı. Başlık ise taşıma sırasında çizilmişti.
Bu sorunlarla ilgili mağaza ile iletişime geçtim. Mail göndermemi istediler. Resimlerle birlikte mail gönderdim ama bir haftadan uzun zaman geçmesine karşın bana dönüş yapan olmadı. Mağazaya bizzat gitmek zorunda kaldım. Yoğunduk vesaire gibi bahanelerle dönüş yapamadık dediler. Bizden telefon bekleyin dediler. tahmin edeceğiniz üzere o telefon hiç gelmedi. Tekrar mağazaya gittim, tekrar telefon bekleyin dediler ve tekrar telefon etmediler...
En sonunda benim telefonuma cevap verdiler ve teslimatı yapan elemanların biz teslim ederken başlıkta bir sorun yoktu dediğini söyleyerek kusuru bize yüklediler. Ve, sorunu gidermediler.

I want to tell you my shopping experience, so you will not make the same mistake.
I bought one bed and bedstead with headboard from this shop. The bedstead was damaged when we received this. Also, there was scratches on the headboard.
I contacted the shop regarding that issues. They want me send an email. I sent an email with pictures but they didn't reply for more than one week. I had to drive to shop myself. They said we couldn't get back with excuses like we were busy and so on. They said they will call me. As you guess, they didn't call. I went to the shop again, they said wait for our call again, and they didn't call again!
Finally, they answered my call and they said employers who installed the products reported there were no any issue when they installed. And, they made it our mistake instead and they didn't fix their mistake.
