resetting my haddrive
I was having trouble resetting my hard drive for months. I recently emailed I storage and asked for help and they sent me a link to the manual which I found very easy to use
I managed to do it within minutes

Good product and great service
I had a problem with a HDD that I had owned for 6 years. Despite it being well out of warranty, iStorage got me to return it to them for diagnostics. A repair was done and the item returned within 10 days.
I've always found the company helpful in the past, when I have had software problems, too.
Don't know their own product!
Went online with one of their IT Techs or so called Techs. Told them clearly what the issue was green light on showing device unlocked but not showing on pc. No support no help really disgusted by their support. You pay hundreds in the hope that data is secure. It is very obviously not will not be buying from them again totally useless product if the manufacturers cannot identify faults and with data being so important DO NOT take a risk with your sensitive data with this company as they clearly do not know the product they are selling.
Absolute no Customer friendly
Got an expansive Diskashur M2 1Tb as Present for my Birthday, they don't offer any type of Warranty on it without Proof of purchase, absolutely not a good company, i won't buy nothing anymore.
Exceptional Support from Rupesh, Above and Beyond
I recently encountered an issue with my DiskAshur M2 device, where it became inaccessible due to a blinking green light, which I couldn’t resolve through troubleshooting steps. When I contacted iStorage’s customer support, Rupesh took the lead in helping me with the situation, and I truly appreciated the effort he put in.
Rupesh went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently walked me through different troubleshooting options and kept me updated every step of the way. Whilst the issue couldn’t ultimately be resolved (which was likely a more complex problem beyond our control, SSD failure), I was very impressed by Rupesh’s dedication and willingness to explore every possible avenue to fix it. His support was thorough and caring, and he truly made an effort to offer solutions, even though the device couldn’t be repaired.
It’s rare to find such proactive and empathetic customer service, and although I wish the problem could have been fixed, I’m grateful for the level of care and professionalism Rupesh showed throughout the process. Thank you, Rupesh, for your excellent support!
iStorage Hard Drive
Having used an Istorage hard drive for many years across many countries and offshore loctions the device has performed flawlessly for over 4 years.
When I had an issue the response and technical support were absolutely suberb and first class.
I would recomend these products to anyone who wanteded to keep their data secure.
Brilliant bit of kit.
Excellent customer service
Had an issue with my Datashur SD stick and got truly excellent support from iStorage. Splendid communication and did everything they could to see if my issue could be solved. Unfortunately for me the stick could not be saved, but that says nothing about the excellent customer service nor of their in general very good products.
I contacted their support about a USB…
I contacted their support about a USB drive that wasn't recognized by one of our printers. Even though they could've easily turned me down blaming the other manufacturers device, they did not. Their support helped me troubleshot and guided me through many tests in order to single out what the error could be. Although we did not find a solution (the other device is at fault, not iStorage's device) the service was some of the best I've ever experienced from a support call! Very well done!

I thought my disk was chrashed and almost used the reset. But the support is great and fixed it with the chat and all my files were intact. Great Work

Supporting the new 8 TB diskAshure pro3
The new powerful 8TB diskAsure Pro3 got my attention. I have used the earlier Pro2s and am happy with them - as with all other items purchased from istorage-UK.
The supply was delayed - and I appreciate getting the advance warning about a delayed delivery.
The device arrived - but didn't work: I could not install the ESET protection software and it did not work on any of my laptops. The Pro 2 did, however.
I notified the Support and a fruitful cooperation was intiated, using emails, telephone and Teams. We spent quite some on this, and at long last the protection sw was installed. What about the laptop? It seems the pro3 8TB requires more power than the USB socket can provide - which is not uncommon - when attaching an external drive.
My sincere thanks to primarily Robin who persuaded me not to give up!

A Memorable Internet Experience
The istorage Help Service is indeed an experience. Over the years I have never come across such a bundle of friendliness, competence and readiness to help. It matches the quality of their products. Having experienced the help service once, you would want to have a problem to experience it again...!
Diskashur M2 hardware-failure after <6 months. Bad customer experience.
Bought the new diskashur m2 last December. Broke down last Sunday (Became only accessible in read-only mode. After an advised reset not even the boot-record could be written).
After going through long troubleshooting, they wanted me to pay shipping for a unit broken after not even 6 months.
Looking at their warranty makes me cry.
I suggest looking at their horrendous warranty and rethinking buying decisions as build-quality seems to be subpar. Especially since EU consumer rights do not protect buyers anymore.
Excellent Customer Service
After purchasing a drive from interagency I had a problem with it going into lock mode if it was idle for a short period. I contacted them and they responded almost immediately. It wasn't a problem with the drive but a problem with Windows. They sent me the fix from Microsoft and excellent instructions for installing it. Great customer service.
