Attractive price for high end clothes. The product I bought arrived today in perfect condition. I'm quite satisfied to the product. But remember to check if there is any extra discount. I found a discount code on instagram ,published nearly one month ago, after I purchased my product. Actually, I totally understand that I may cannot do a price-match, I just asked to check. The staff said the code is sent after first purchase and for old customers, but I tried again, clean my cookies, and add my product again, then apply the code, it still works for new customers

very good support even with a refund ,because a Shirt was to small

I ordered 13 jeans and payed 1300 euro. I had to send 8 back. Refund of 800 euro without any problems. The 5 jeans from Tramarossa were really nice and very cheap. I wouldn't give them a five star, because they will have more customers. But they deserve it.

On 01/12 /2023I bought some clothes which I returned and paid the rather high cost of returning them. I decided not to order anything from IsuIT again because the risk for me is too high. But the correct and professional attitude of both Andrea and ceo piergiuseppe made me change my mind . So because of the correct treatment and the good quality of the products I will buy from this company at the first opportunity that I will need something again

5 stars but very limited return time. Luckily I found a tailor to customize the last pair they had.

The discount rate these pants sell for , very affordable . Wish they had a custom department to fit to size. But keep overall great company. Flexible. Respond on WhatsApp.

This time I had a couple of mishaps: one Kiton shirt with faded color, one with loosely stitched and different color buttons, one was wrong. However still a good experience: quick response to complaints, quick reimbursement, trying to find a solution

Suit had a massive stain
Trousers far too short
Service people are very responsive but have very limited product know-how and do not seem to be able to professionally manage issues and complaints. Probably too junior.
However, the quality of the products is generally very good

Have not received my jeans yet, but when I contacted Isuit via whatsapp, they gave me a very good service. When asked for bigger size they offered me another model which was much more expensive without extra cost. Looking forward to receive. Great weekend 🙏
