Did not work like described. Customer service takes more than 24 hours to respond. Trying to get my money back but I think it’s gone already. Very bad.

Good product although not that intuitively conprehensible as the marketing says. Made up for by good support

I bought the windows password refixer software from this company under the false hopes of helping me with the login problem in my win11 laptop. After installing the trial, it pointed me to being able to find and fix the issue, although a full version would be needed. As soon as I bought the full license, the problem was not even identified. They say they offer 30 day money back guarantee but it's a complete scam!
UPDATE (31/10/24): after dozens of emails exchanged, I managed to get the refund. I would say that the product is generally ok and should meet the purpose. In my case, Bitlocker got in the way and there was no mention that with Bitlocker the software wouldn't work, so I guess this info should be provided in the product details upfront. The quality of curstomer service seems to depend on who you get.

Great experience and satisfaction

Surprised by my frozen windows lock screen, nothing worked ctr/alt/del, restart, or power-cycle with windows autorepair, nor system restore... the auto windows update kills off all restore points during update (nice!) - I was facing HOURS of re-installing windows, saving data and then re-loading my programs for my small business. THIS PRODUCT, did exactly what it promised and removed the password required to enter windows by changing it's value to "blank", just hit return 2x when the lock screen shows up and suddenly I'm IN! ... for me there was immediately another problem that could only have been caused by the auto windows update - my mouse and keyboard went dead every time I made it into windows after fixing the lock screen problem - the solution was to move the usb ports around until I found 2 out of the 10 on my machine that still work once windows (10pro) was opened. This product saved me hundreds of dollars and more than a full day of tedious re-loading of windows and programs software.

Good Products and efficient customer service. Very happy with their service.

Software worked great!!!! I was able to retrieve my old password, received excellent customer support after sale due to an issue with my usb drive, I had to re download my paid version. Thank you Isumsoft

It's a scam, doesn't work on macos (the windows and text doesn't even apear) and the support doesn't seems to want to refund me ...

A genuine and fast software.

Tried multiple versions and nothing worked. Paid the money and the support was next to non-existent. Had to return my phone but did not receive a refund.

Don’t waste your money.

I could not get the file to work after payment, despite it working on the trial version. After 4 emails to seek refund - The response i got is as below - ie. NO REFUND!

Android FRP lock removal doesn’t work, purchased this for $20 and it isn’t working

Customer service helped me out even after 2 years, and they were fast.

Android FRP removal does not work. Company is not reliable, does not give valuable support and does not refund money. Do not buy anything from them.

Android unlock software didn't work on my phone so I contacted support. After 4 weeks I have still have not got anywhere, all they say is to send images to them - which I have done multiple times. They now are not responding to my emails. WORSE THAN THAT - since I purchased this I straight away have had my credit card hacked, bit coincidental?!

Took some time to get it to work but when I did, worked like a charm. Thank you!!!!!
