Nothing than SCAM! I bought a software as it says “All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee” on their website. Since their software was useless i asked for a refund the same day, but so called “support” tells me to contact “support” and asking me to read the FAQs regatding the refund, while on their website it says as mentioned before “All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee” WITHOUT any note or so.

STAY AWAY from these THIEVES!!!

I ordered two products (iSumsoft iLock Refixer and iSumsoft iPhone Passcode) and both of those products did not work for me at all so I contacted their customer support and they didn’t help me at all, their responses had terrible grammar. After they could not help me they said they needed my credit card information (credit card number, expiry and security code) so they could refund me and I sent that over but instead of refunding me, they spent over £10,000 of MY money. I had to call my bank to freeze my card and I could not get my money back. After I called the bank, I confronted them about STEALING from me but they stopped responding. PLEASE DON’T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HERE OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU.

Great app. Solved my problem. Pay to get maximum value it is one of the most affordable solution out there.

The program worked perfectly and the very first time.
All is well.

I can now log in to the system and recover all data files perfectly.

HAHAHA What a joke, so called Android unlocker is just a set of instructions available for free everywhere that you could do without even connecting to a PC, £19.99 wasted! I immediately asked for a refund but I wont hold my breath! I will however be reporting them them to Trading standards as i'm sure it still illegal to sell nothing,

SCAM, don't waste your time and money! I contacted them before purchasing the software, they assured me it will fix my file - it did not. I asked the support for a refund, they replied I should contact the support...

I purchased iSunshare BitLocker Genius - the product does not work. I contacted their helpdesk who gave me a series of poorly written, convoluted instructions (uninstall and reinstall several other bits of software) but the product STILL does not work. When I asked for a refund, they said that their small print includes a stipulation: their "30 day guarantee" actually protects THEM - their helpdesk has 30 days to resolve your problem BEFORE they grant you a refund. They have not provided any further instructions to getting the tool working.
In short, do *not* work with this company. I was sold vaporware: they could not get it working on Apple's latest OS (macOS Monterey), and now they refuse to issue me a refund.
Do not waste your money and time.

I deleted the iphone ID without password everything worked. I read the reviews seemed not to work but still worked. thank you

At the beginning the software from iSumsoft was not able to help me, so I got in touch with their support. They kept sending me updated version untill it finally worked even though my subscription was already expired. Now my phone works again.

I wanted to purchase the personal version of the software but when I clicked on the “buy” button on the personal version page it added the professional version to my shopping cart instead. I ended up purchasing a software that costs $100 instead of $20. This is very dodgy!!!!

I asked for a refund but they refused to give me one. Absolutely scammers.

Okay, My phone got stuck on the activation lock, so I went to these guys and bought their product.
At first, I bought the wrong product, The iSumsoft iPhone Passcode refixer instead of the iSumsoft iLock refixer, And I asked for a change of the product since they both were the same price, these guys came through for me.
And here I am, my phone's fixed and it's working.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. After plugging the USB into my laptop it said windows couldn't find it. I sent an email to support. They sent me a new download link that "would work". After trying this new file the laptop said I need to upgrade my laptop. So I downloaded windows newest version, keep in mind that the website says it works for 8.1 windows among others (mine is 8.1). After trying to upgrade my laptop jt would no longer reset properly. Kept telling me that the laptop didn't restart properly blah blah so I tried resetting it with the command start to no avail. This software wrecked my laptop, put something in it that I will now have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix. Meanwhile I have been sending emails requesting a refund but they reply (once a day, night time) with new trouble shooting ideas. Asking me to do the same thing they first asked me to do. Absolute waste of money and isumsoftware does not even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service, product does not work and they avoid the conversation of a refund at all costs.

The product "product key finder" did not work as advertised. It was able to show 2 windows product keys that can be easily found elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they gave me a runaround asking for screen shots etc. I provided what they asked for then they stopped responding. Don't waste your money!

I purchased the windows ultimate unlocker couldn't find windows I emailed support and right away they sent me the fix for it and worked like a charm I find the to be professional company and they stood by there products from my experience

Apparently this works for some hardware/software combos, but it did not succeed with my Dell Inspiron/Windows 10 problem. Support sent me a different version of the software when the first didn't work, but we can't get anywhere with it, either. I've tried four suggestions and am ready to give up. The last message I had from them was "can you remove bitlocker password?" Who do they think I am, Bill Gates? I hardly know what bitlocker is, for pity's sake.

Purchase Experience: Bought online. Never received a key. Instead was sent a direct download upon contacting CS support by email.

Operations: It worked perfectly.

They weren't clear on software versions for this, so my ipad (which is still old!) was too high of a version. They sent me a zip file, and when I clicked on it, my computer crashed. I had to take it in to a computer repair place, paid over $300 for them to reinstall windows. Then, iSumsoft has been refusing to refund me to make matters worse. They just keep saying "click on the zip file". DON'T CLICK ON THE ZIP FILE! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

The program worked successfully as indicated to where I was once again able to access windows. Thank you 😊
