I rang IT Solutions this morning to see if they could help me over the phone. Mark was very knowledgeable and patient, and got the problem sorted very quickly. Fabulous service!

I had major issues with my e mail…
I had major issues with my e mail system. My e mail provider wasn't able to resolve my issues. I was introduced to IT Solutions Newport Pagnell. Mark looked into my problem and was very thorough and was able to fix the problem and guide me through getting my e mails back again. What a very clever and professional man, without his help I would have been stuck. I highly recommend Mark and his ability to get things done.

It Solutions helped me source a high spec laptop for my son who needed it for his studies. They took the time to go over different options and made sure it fit the specific requirements. They also helped my mum source a new desktop computer. She was very pleased with it.
IT Solutions are very honest and trustworthy - would definitely recommend.

Mac book magic!
My son’s old Mac book stopped working. Took it to the Apple Store and they said the hard drive wasn’t showing and everything was likely lost and the Mac book would need to be sent away for £££ . I had already heard about IT Solutions previously and we had no intention or ability to pay Apple prices tbh, so we said thanks to Apple but no thanks, and left. Called Mark and he said bring it down. A few days later, the problem was found, something internally had come loose but a new hard drive wasn’t needed. Son over the moon, he’s lost nothing and thanks to Mark for super service and saving us £££. Great communication, trustworthy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Appalling. Extremely slow. Didn’t fix the problem. Over charged. Acknowledged there was an issue. Then said the laptop was too old and kept the money. Not reputable at all. Avoid at all costs. Even £30
