I really like that there is an option to virtually try the glasses on using my own photo. It made it much easier to choose the lenses and frames that suit my face best. I haven't received my glasse... See more

I really like the design of my glasses so far! I picked the geometric aviators, and I could attest to not seeing that design anywhere else! Additionally, they weren't too pricey.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with Aoolia’s customer service. I simply asked to return a pair of glasses that don’t suit me, and instead of a straightforward return process, I’ve been stuck in an unnecessary back-and-forth email exchange.
Aoolia does not offer tester frames, so customers have no way to try before buying. Despite this, the website clearly states that returns are allowed if you’re unhappy with your purchase. In reality, they are making this process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Returning a product should not feel like an argument. This experience has made me hesitant to order again and I would caution others to be aware that the return policy is not as smooth as advertised.

Great quality and easy to navigate. Frequent customer
Ordered from Aoolia a couple of times now, always great quality. Love the choice of frames and array of styles on offer. Very simple and easy to navigate and tailor the lenses to your specific requirements. Recently tried the colour change lenses for daytime office to sunglasses which are an absolute game changer and worth the extra spend.
