Missing shipment
I ordered two items, one arrived perfectly and the other did not. For the latter I waited almost a month, during which the site reported that the order was being prepared. On the last available day they told me that it would be refunded because it was not available. I would have preferred to know before without wasting time.

Privalia è un outlet online e non dispone di magazzini con stock di articoli pronti. Quando effettui un ordine, la richiesta viene inoltrata direttamente al brand del prodotto scelto. Solo una volta terminata la campagna di vendita, il brand invia tutti gli articoli ordinati al nostro magazzino logistico, dove vengono smistati, sottoposti a un rapido controllo qualità e poi spediti ai singoli clienti. Durante questo controllo, può succedere che un articolo venga scartato per non conformità e quindi rispedito al brand. Non avendo disponibilità diretta, non ci è possibile richiedere nuovamente il prodotto: in questi casi, l’unica opzione è procedere con il rimborso. Ci scusiamo ancora per il disagio e ti ringraziamo per aver condiviso la tua esperienza: il tuo feedback ci aiuta a migliorare il servizio. Perfect Timing: A Suitcase Delivered Just in Time to Miss My Flight
I purchased a product on April 23rd with delivery scheduled for April 26th. However, I was informed that the delivery would take place on April 29th ...at an address where I will no longer be available.
It was a suitcase, purchased during my outbound trip because my luggage had broken, and I needed it for my return. Imagine my disappointment when I found out it would arrive while I was in the airplane – and not on the agreed delivery date! I would never have purchased it if I had known it would be delivered so late.
With e-commerce, time to customer is crucial.
If you can’t manage that, you clearly don’t know how to do your work – and I strongly suggest you shut it down.
I tried calling all Italian contact numbers of your delivery service (GLS) but was unable to find a suitable option or speak to an operator to request either a delivery on April 28th or a change of address. I also attempted to use GLS Italy’s ICT system, but it malfunctioned and did not allow me to modify the delivery details. I also send an email: of course, no reply at all!
As a result, I was forced to choose a pickup point, although the delivery delay means I won’t be able to use the product as planned.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and, given the impossibility of speaking with a representative to resolve issues, I will no longer use nor Privalia nor GLS service in the future.

the products are excellent but the dispatch of the goods can take up to a month after purchase and the shipping costs are too penalising, if one wants to buy more products from more campaigns one has to pay for each one, spending too much, one should unify the cost of shipping.

Per quanto riguarda i costi di spedizione, capiamo che acquistare più prodotti in diverse campagne possa risultare penalizzante. Lavoriamo continuamente per offrire soluzioni migliori, ma per ora ogni campagna ha costi separati in base alla sua gestione logistica.

I have purchased several items at different times and I have always been happy with the quality of the products and the speed of the service.
The negative point is that the costs for the courrier become hefty when you buy items from different brands at the sale time as they are added for each brand.
